Outstanding Experience With Zulily
Not sure what's going on with all the negative feedback. I will prefice this by saying there was no communication for a few days. My order arrived early, so early that it beat their robo emails to confirm delivery. Got what I ordered at a fantastic discounted price. Will be ordering again.

I placed an order on 1/1/26. Received an email the next day with a tracking number. As of today, 2/9/26, the shipper is still waiting on the package and Zulily customer service has stopped responding to my emails. I tried calling their customer service number and an automated question asks if I my age is over or under 50. It will not let me bypass the question and disconnected. Do not buy from this company.

I placed my order, it said 3-5 business days which would have been great if it had been true!! Unfortunately, these people are full of shit… lies!! I asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded MULTIPLE TIMES because it was still sitting as “processing” “unfulfilled”. After i asked probably 10 times to cancel and refund I was then told it had been filled … this happened out of pure spite. I demanded the package arrive Feb 6th by 3p, IT’S A SPECIAL BDAY GIFT FOR A LITTLE GIRL! This company is heartless and didn’t care. The package has been sitting in California for 5 days, it hasn’t moved. NEVER AGAIN will I order from this shitty company. I am not happy with my purchase and I want to return it. I purchased a ring and it is too rough on the inside. It even scratched my finger trying it on. How do I return it?
Do not order from this company
I ordered an item in September and it do not arrive. I reached out to the company and a bot said that it was not shipped and would send my concerns for a refund to a human. After 2 tries after reaching out to them again I still got no response. Went to shop pay the platform zulily uses and reported to them twice. The only thing they do is send it to the merchant (zulily). To date shop pay asks for me to report to my bank for a dispute. It is now the end of January.

No way to reach Zulily, they say you can talk via chat there is no chat. They dont give me any info on my order that was supposed to arrive in 3- 5 days but hasn't. No email confirmation no tracking info.
Customer service is terrible
Customer service is absolutely terrible. They refused my return request, claiming it was a "final product"—something I couldn't see anywhere during the purchase. I don't know if it was worth it. I will be filing complaints with the necessary authorities. All you had to do was provide a return label.
Ugg size was huge! They refused “store” credit
I ordered uggs that ran HUGE. When I tried to start a return, it says the return portal was closed. This is for everyone- not just me. In order to even start a refund you have to email customer service who then takes a week to even respond! Then they refused to let me return an item because it was final sale. Usually I understand that but these boots I bought were a size 6 and fit like a size 7! To me, that’s considered defective and I should be able to at least get “store” credit towards something else. Even with the thickest socks you can think of, I’m swimming in the boots. That’s out of my control and they should’ve made an exception. They don’t though. So when you finally get a response after a week or two and respond to them, it takes another few day to get their response and they were just unhelpful and the quality of their stuff is questionable. I’m not even sure they’re real Uggs because usually with the Ugg brand from the Ugg site, I’ve never had a sizing issue/discrepancy like this before.
Buyer BEWARE!! I’ll never order from this site again.
Took a Chance — Zero Regrets
I was honestly a little confused by some of the mixed ratings for this company, so I felt like I was taking a bit of a risk. But I’m really glad I went for it, because they were absolutely perfect.
Ordering was super easy, communication was clear, and shipping was fast. I got exactly what I ordered for my Red Wing boots — original shoes, extra laces, tags, the whole package — and everything was in perfect condition.
Great discounts, great service, great product. Highly recommend. 👌🧡

DO NOT BUY HERE! Absolutely horrible, scammy experience. Bought a pair of shoes, once the order was submitted they switched the size, tried to cancel within minutes but no way to reach them except email. They responded 1 hour+ 1 minute after my order to tell me I couldn't cancel as the window had closed at the 1 hour post order mark (so they read my email and wrote me a reply within 1 minute?). Told me I'd have to return, 10 days later the item still has never shipped. They continue to ignore my emails to customer service.
Cancel orders a month after saying they were going to deliver
I ordered 2 different items from Zulliy in late JUly and early august of 2025.
After a month of telling me there were logitics issues but they were still going to deliver they finally cancelled.
Ordering from Zuliy is a wish. You see a great price. Order and you may or may not receive it.

Zulily Customer Service Is a NIGHTMARE
Zulily provides the worst customer experience I think I have EVER had with a company (in my 38 years of life).
I have been trying to exchange my son's shoes that I bought him for Christmas for over a week now. The only option to contact them is via email. The chat option only provides canned responses,and there is no customer service number visible on their website.
So I first contacted them through their chat on January 2nd. The chat tells me to email them, so that's what I did.
They didn't respond to me until January 5th, and they gave me a canned 'please go to this link and submit a return request'.
So I tried that. Of course, to no avail, the item is greyed out and unavailable for return/exchange (despite being well within their holiday return window!)
So, I immediately responded to their support email and told them there isn't an option to exchange or return.
It is now January 9th, and I STILL have not received a response.
I tried emailing them again on the 7th...and then again today. Still nothing.
Absolutely zero response. Crickets.
The rage meter is filling, and I'm frankly disgusted at the level of customer service from Zulily. Looking at their reviews online, I regret that I relied on their brand name instead of reading reviews before I ordered. Now, I'm out $135 and have a pair of shoes that my son can't wear.
I will never order from them again.

Warning to anyone considering ordering from this website.
I received a pair of Birkenstock slippers that arrived clearly stained on both shoes. Customer service acknowledged the issue and explicitly authorized a return.
However, the return process does not work. The website simply does not allow the item to be returned, despite the authorization.
What followed was complete silence. I sent multiple follow-up emails (around ten) and never received a single response. No assistance, no explanation, no solution.
This is not a technical issue — this is a total failure of customer support. When a company authorizes a return and then becomes unreachable, customers are left with no option but to escalate.
I ultimately had to open a dispute with Chase to protect myself and attempt to recover my money.
This experience shows a complete lack of accountability. I will never order from this site again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.
High quality Birkenstocks
Birkenstock shoes are consistently high quality. The shoes pictured were pale blue but the ones received were dark blue. That is the reason for a three star rating on this order.
Great value for this product.
