I’m so happy with the sturdy wardrobe I received. The company was very responsive and provided me with a great handyman for installation. The wardrobe looks beautiful and its worth every penny.

If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. We were looking for a luxury reception desk for our building and were told of beautiful options available to see in the showroom. We drive an hour and a half from Hollywood to Irvine to see this "showroom" and see an small office that is a glorified storage room, with 3 of their cheapest desks set up to view. Not only were these none of the options we previously discussed, but the material is cheap, mass produced and not aesthetically pleasing in any way. When we asked why the owner/manager who met us there didn't tell us that they only had three options set up to view in their "showroom" he claimed technical or translation issues. Do not waste your time with Zimasya or their other two companies Anzhap or Kaguyasu.

I’ll have to express my sincere dissatisfaction with the Zimasa company. I came here three months ago or so to check the reviews because I needed a custom-made wine display rack. I requested a quote to see how much it would cost me, and I was willing to pay as I knew I needed something that was hard to find.

The first dissatisfaction that I had was the company saying that it is located in LA, but in fact, the company takes a really long time to ship the item because it comes from overseas. After two months waiting with the lack of communication I had to follow up and seek for an ETA from the company, and so, after my follow ups, (which would already be a feedback to the Customer service) I got an ETA saying that my item would be shipping to my house anytime soon, and that happened, unfortunately, the career that delivered my order could not be more careless, the item and the boxes came damaged and they want us to sign the document as receiving the items, even though without checking the items they were rushing to leave and said if something is missing, the company would reimburse us.

Unfortunately, that was just the beginning of my huge future problem with this order, as you can see in the pictures that I will attach, the cabinets that I bought were supposed to be black, and they came in grey where I was already mad when I opened the box right, but I thought that’s fine. I can pay somebody to paint it and I will not have to return, but I will share my sincere dissatisfaction with the company. It only got worse, after we opened the package.

First the wood/item was in a really, really low quality, very poor quality, less than Ikea would be. In the meantime that I ordered this item, I also ordered a Billy from IKEA to build a library at my home, and this these wine display from the Zimasya had such an inferior quality, totally unveil what I got as a product, the price, and the time deposited, really not worth it.

The stress of assembling the product, they have not sent any instructions on how to assemble their product, when I asked for some guidance they said that it should be easy and they sent me a video from TikTok of a smaller product so I could “figure it out”, I could not believe that! On top of that, the item was missing items such as the lights that are supposed to be inside of the cabinets are just something that you could buy for 3 dollars that’s battery, really low quality as well, also the wood (that I circulated in red circulated in red) that should be to place were wine remains laying down inside of the display that also did not come.

When I spoke with the Customer service they apologize and acknowledged that the company did not do a good job, I requested for a refund of at least the price I would have to pay the painter to paint this item, his day would cost me $350 and they said they could not afford to give me the money back or at least that amount so they gave me $250 that did not pay even the day of the guy that needed to fix the color, that did not pay the day of my painter at all, to correct the color. As you can see my kitchen is black and that did not pay the time the hassle and also all the back-and-forth with the company.

Therefore, I decided to leave this review here and it’s really up to you to buy from this company or not if you were to ask me is it worth it to go through all of this and buy something custom-made by then would be not let me just let you know that I also paid much more than it was supposed to cost in the site because it was supposed to be custom-made later on I figured it out that this company they do not have the items they just act as a resale when you buy something, they ship from somebody else and resell it.

They do not have a warehouse and they DO NOT build the item themselves. That is a vendor that does that for them, so, in other words, if you do want a custom-made wine display, just go to IKEA get the Billy cabinets, put them on top of each other’s and you’re gonna find out like that’s much cheaper, easier, and you’re gonna get your wine display there.

I DO NOT recommend anybody to buy from this company. I do apologize for leaving this review, but I needed it. I felt I needed it because I only bought from this company. After all, it’s had good reviews, but no one knows if it was real. Therefore, I’m leaving it to you to have a real reveal with details, and this app to you to buy from.

Awful company and awful products! Do not purchase from these people under any circumstance if you can help it.

I purchased some office desks from this company. They arrived over a week late, the desk tops were chipped and scratched, the metal bars that build the framing of the unit were completely bent and usable. Even if the desks were usable, I couldn’t put it together because it came with no directions.

The desk set was $2,600 and they offered me $200 off. After fighting with them for weeks over email they offered me 50% ($1,300) off the order for desks that couldn’t be used or put together.

It’s just not worth the risk trying to use this company. The items are not quality and they have zero integrity as a company. Star away.

This bunk bed is a total win. Super solid and doesn’t shake at all. The design is clean and modern. Was easy to put together, and my kids sleep better now than ever.

To be honest, I had higher expectations. The color is a lot darker than what was shown in the pictures, and the texture feels a bit rough. The structure is fine, but it didn’t feel premium. That said, the support team was very kind and offered me a partial refund, which I accepted.

The desk itself is beautiful and the quality exceeded my expectations. I love the clean, modern design and solid construction. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the delivery took almost three months, which was longer than anticipated. However, customer service stayed in touch and explained the situation clearly, so I still feel confident buying from them again.

I wasn’t expecting to wait almost 2 months for the desk. I get that it ships from overseas, but still. Customer service explained everything clearly and were nice about it. The desk is nice, but the wait was tough.

From a distance, it gives a great first impression.
Up close, you can tell the materials aren’t top-notch.
