Horrible desk for $2,000
I ordered a desk and it was delivered in very poor condition. The wood was very splintered and discolored; it was awful. We spent over $2000 on it. I informed them immediately that I wanted to return it for a refund, per their refund policy. They said that they could only issue a partial refund, since they don't want to pick it back up. I explained that I don't really want it, and their policy says as long as they are contacted within 7 days, a full refund is given. They said no.
