I ordered a desk and it was delivered in very poor condition. The wood was very splintered and discolored; it was awful. We spent over $2000 on it. I informed them immediately that I wanted to return it for a refund, per their refund policy. They said that they could only issue a partial refund, since they don't want to pick it back up. I explained that I don't really want it, and their policy says as long as they are contacted within 7 days, a full refund is given. They said no.

On 1/25/2026 I ordered the Ergonomic Portable Foldable Office Chair Computer Chair for $200 and it never came. I reached out to them and they said they will let me know when it ships. I received the chair about 10 weeks after I ordered it. Unfortunately the chair was not comfortable and not good for my back. It seems like it can work out for short people, but not for tall people. $200 flushed down the toilet. The company doesn't provide returns for no satisfaction. I donated the chair to a neighbor who tested it and said it worked on out for him. The company said they will provide a small refund, I will see if that happens. I don't think it's going to happen

I had bought 8 of the training tables to use as modular conference tables and the size of them works incredibly well for what I was looking for. One came with some slight chip damage on the tabletop but that was easily repaired on my end. The customer service was great in responding to my requests about this damage, and offered me a partial refund because of the damage, with no hesitation. I really appreciate them working with me so easily on that.

Outstanding Executive Desk - quality and design

This executive desk exceeded all my expectations. The desk offers ample surface area, making it perfectly for multitasking, Assembly was straightforward, with clear instructions and well fitted components.

I personally liked the product.
The design is great, and the materials are made with strong, heavy wood.
I recommend this product, and I love the finishing.
You need only to keep an eye on the delivery schedule :))

Fraud!! FRAUD. I purchased a $600 massage table, I was able to use Klarna and pay over 6 months. The massage table arrived as I made my 3rd payment and did not come with any type of hardware or assembly instructions. After purchasing my own hardware and googling instructions on how to assemble it, the table was not manufactured correctly and unusable. I have been in contact with Customer Service throughout this entire terrible experience. They have continued to ask for more pictures and more videos while purposely stalling the process. They stay in contact occasionally just to pacify me because I’ve already let them know that I have reported the charges as fraudulent. Because I used Klarna to make the payments, there is a long delay in the process to get a refund. I have attempted to allow Anzhap to make this right and send my refund. The last message I received, I was informed that Customer Service reviewed the video but that I did not assemble the bed correctly and that was the reason the massage table was unusable. The material is so cheap that the massage table does not even support my 65 pound child because of the extremely cheap aluminum it was made from. $600 WASTED. I am hoping that my bank can make this right because Anzhap, a fraudulent company, is not. Do NOT waste money on any of this furniture. It is nothing like advertised. Worse than using Temu or SHEIN but they sell furniture. This “furniture” that is supposed to support the weight of an adult would certainly cause injury if a human were to lay on it and it collapse and wobble due very cheap and unreliable material, structure and design. AND the table was advertised to incline, if it were useable, it would need to DECLINE, causing a person laying on the table to do a backbend for massage therapy services. Fraud!!

I purchase a conference table back in August, still haven't gotten delivery. They don't keep you updated at all.

This desk makes me feel like a boss, seriously. It's sleek, modern, and the finish is really nice. Shipping was smooth and it came well packaged.

Looks very high-end and made a big difference in our lobby. The design is exactly like the pictures. It came a little later than I hoped, but communication was great.

The overall look of the desk is beautiful, but the finish was slightly uneven in a few spots. It’s not super noticeable, but up close you can tell. I reached out to customer service and they were quick to offer a touch-up kit and a small refund. Not perfect, but still a good experience overall.

Very solid quality and stylish finish. Assembly was mostly straightforward, though I’d suggest numbering the parts more clearly. The lead time was a little over two months, which I felt was longer than usual for furniture like this. But the end result is excellent, so I can’t complain too much.

The design is nice and modern, but the surface scratches a bit
too easily for a high-traffic area.

Paid so much money a front desk and was supposed to be delivered 2 months ago , they called me 2 days ago asking me if I even want the desk. Are you kidding me? I’m beyond unhappy with this company. avoid any purchase from them.

Love my new desk. I cannot speak to the long term use of the desk or how it will hold up in time but for the price it is a great desk. Easy to assemble with clear instructions. It has been a few days and so far so good.
