I was talking to Basak this morning regarding our fridge replacement, she was so kind and helpful and happy to listen to my inquiry, she is credit to zest company, very professional customer service.

The person contacted me at the time agreed. I was able to give the model number of my washing machine, and explained that it would not start. Given that she had the model number she was able to guide me to the screen on the machine, describe it in detail, tell me which buttons to press and hey presto it began to work. I had probably inadvertently put it into child protection mode. All extremely well thought out and implemented. Congratulations Zest!

Just spoke to Bee about my coffee machine, the grinder is not working. She was very friendly, totally understanding the emergency of a coffee machine not working, very helpful. Has passed it onto the engineer to book an appointment as quickly as possible. 2 mins later received a text to confirm the job had been sent to the engineer

I emailed Zest and they rang me back the following day. A day later an engineer rang me and made an appointment and fixed my oven and came at a time that was convenient for me. the problem was fixed within 35 minutes. Great!
So from beginning to end it was quick, easy and efficient!

Had recently signed up to Zest and the TV broke down. The replacement was arranged in the end but it took quite a while to get it sorted and the text updates were out of sync with the emails so twice I had to call to check on the status of the claim. Overall I can't really fault the service as it did what it's meant to do.

Patrick worked quickly and efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. He came within expected time and ranf 15 mins before arrival

He went above the tasked job and fixed the damaged drawer on his visit which is much appreciated. I have been with Zest for several years and I can say that they provide an amazing service , from the customers services team to the engineers ..what happened was over the last few weeks my dishwasher , fridge freezer and Washing machine weren’t working .. I couldn’t believe all three within a week Patrick the engineer came out a few days later , the dishwasher has now been replaced , the other appliances are . Fantastic service from the engineer Patrick, good communication, fixed my dryer efficently, very friendly, even to my nosey 3 year old lol.
Only slight downfall was initial call i informed Zest i was only free weds and weekends, first appointment was arranged by ops on Weds but second i was sent a text saying next appointment was Thurs so had to re arrange with work etc. No biggie, but overall very happy with service and a working dryer 🎉
