• NO HIDDEN FEES Our Appliance plans are fully inclusive with no excess, so we won’t charge a penny more than your monthly amount. Our Boiler plans do come with a contribution charge of £60 and repairs have an annual cap of £1,500.

So far so good good company 
After for about a few I got a phone call from the company Service box and they agreed to repair my products that I’ve been paying for a wait to see whether the products get done and then I will update this with you it’s so far so good and pleased with them phoning me and it was quite quickly and I’m pleased that they’ve accepted me and they’re gonna fix my two products I’ve been trying to get fixed with them so I will update better news once they’ve been done

Brilliant customer service for broken dishwasher
Brilliant customer service. My dishwasher broke down right before the Easter bank holiday weekend. George at Service Box managed to book an engineer to come out the next working day. I can't remember the engineer's name but he was brilliant - called me when he was 30 mins away, turned up on time and had everything fixed within 30 minutes. Even waited around after fixing the machine to run a quick dishwasher cycle and make sure everything was working perfectly.

I have been with this company since…
I have been with this company since January. But what I didn't know if you wanted to cancel your agreement your told you cant, because your in a 12 month contract. But when asked when did I sign a contract get told you haven't signed a contract. So how the hell can you be in a 12 month contract if you haven't agreed to it . Bloody con im taking it to Trading Standards this isnt the right way to treat a customer

Been with service box for a few years now and the service i receive from them every time is top class as soon as I report a fault with any appliance it is booked straight away and fixed within a few days and the recent issue because its the 3rd time reporting they have straight away told me they will replace the item for the monthly fee I pay I cant ever think about not having this policy
