Very Very poor service after given proper address they delivery on wrong address. Even i didn't received any call. Please avoid zajel services.

Worst Courier Company in UAE handling and reputed government services for emirates ID no officials from haven look into this type of service. Have to raise it to senior heads from emirates id authority.

Awful company, do NOT waste your money on them.My order was 20 tulips, but I received 19. In addition 2 were BROKEN and wrapped around the bouquet, their broken stems were still inside, none were replaced. Two more stems were almost broken because they were wrapped so tightly by the time i unwrapped they broke off. When i contacted their customer service online, Toleen was her name, she was extremely unprofessional, she suggests and I quote "but anyways, would you like to replace the the two stems" and no initial apology whatsoever to their disappointing service. Never again. Extremely entitled company.

We get information that your shipment is out for delivery and when they don’t deliver they come back and for delivery means it can be delivered anytime between two days.

Every emirates ID delivery is the same.

Please please chose a better courier company to deliver our emirates ID.

If we are not at home they say can we leave it outside the door.

Zajel courier is One of the worst courier service provider, they don't care about customers time and keep their customers waiting even if you go to their office to deliver or collect documents.
Be careful while selecting their service

inaccurate, lack of professionalism, late for pickup and delivery (make you wait at least one 1 hour while they tell you that the driver is few minutes away from the pickup and delivery point.) you always have to follow up with them, even after requesting a call back, nobody ever called me back until the very last moment. Courrier team cannot understand English. Bad service at all.

So inefficient and unreliable. worst courrier ever.
Emirates ID was ready for delivery. 4 days later, I had to call to inquire as they still holding it for no reason, other than professional negligence.

Finally I had to pick it up in person. 250 AED taxi.

I am wondering how the government accepts this very poor quality of service!!

I am giving 1 star ONLY because the office staff was polite, efficient and quick .

Bottom line, if you have a shipment, go for pick up in person.

Terrible. They've been sitting on the ID card for more than a week, unbeknown to them. The website / phone says it's out for delivery it's clearly not. As when I call I get the... It'll be delivered tomorrow speel.. 7days later I'm still waiting.

No idea how they got a government contract to deliver ID's

I have a shipment, not yet been received. Nobody called the address and phone number I have given everything correctly.

This is the worst .... no THIS IS THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER!!!!! You wouldn't get you delivery in time! If you are expecting the delivery - they'll going to miss it... they'll miss everything... wish everybody good luck and don't have any contact to this service - will be much better

I'm waiting for my Emirates ID, I received an automated WhatsApp at 01:30 asking me to choose one of 3 options - 1. if I want to keep an address I've never heard of (and I have no idea where they have got it), 2, I can change this address, or 3, collect it. I chose "change"... nothing happened.

I got a call from the delivery driver saying he's outside the door of the original address.

I told him the new address and he said it would be delivered the next day.

We're now on Day 4 and, despite repeated chase-ups, still nothing.

I can get a meal cooked and delivered to me in 30 minutes, why is it taking these guys nearly a week to deliver a card?

It's inexcusable.

There is no point to book the express service with them, as it will be similar to the standard service. You'll only stress yourself more by using their services.

An absolutely terrible service to deliver the emirate id, been on the phone with them for weeks now, and I have to leave the country, after reaching them out and pinging them non stop for 4 consecutive days about the status of my delivery, they have no visibility over where the courier is, what's their number nor whether it was picked up yet or not, my plane is hours away and they have yet to provide any meaningful reply about where the heck the id is

This is a courier company that is supposed to deliver Emirates ID when the Id is printed. Unfortunately, they don't provide any such service. After I received a message from the government that ID has been printed and received by the "courier", I waited for delivery. And waited. And waited... finally I decided to call, there is only a machine giving you options on what you need help with. This way after pressing the numbers suggested by the machine I finally got to know... what I already knew - that the ID is with the courier service and they will contact me shortly.
Shortly must be a very loose term here.
So I went to their office instead, realizing that I might never have the ID delivered otherwise.
And herein lies the 1 star review - if you are a courier service, your only job is to deliver items. In this company's case the item is something as important and time sensitive as ID card. That's the only thing they do. Well actually they don't but are supposed to.
What good is a courier service that does not deliver but you have to go to them and pick it up yourself because they don't bother? Not even to let you know about the item's whereabouts or when and where...

And to top it off, after I came there personally and finally got the ID, they sent me a message saying the ID has been Delievered. Not true. The ID has been picked up by me.

TLDR: Useless

Worst experience ever. Employees and supervisors keep lying all the time. Avoid this company and people.

Possibly the worst courier company in Dubai... and that is saying something!! Supposed to deliver official government document to me on 22 March. 2 weeks later still not been delivered. Cannot contact by phone, online chat useless and messages are ignored.
