Honestly writing a honest review while is extremely bad is pointless because when you go on any social media and type in this company 98% of the videos reviews are bad, and they are still in business that tells me that they’re not trying to do better. The phone number forget it nobody will pick up email you’d be better off sending a carrier pigeon because they don’t reply to that either. For a peace of mind if you buy anything and they’re the one delivering it just cancel your order because it’s a slim chance you will receive your item
These people are horrible
These people are horrible. They have had my packages for 2 weeks and not delivered or contacted me as I left several Msgs with customer service. I have 5 packages they are holding. I want my packages now!! None of other shipping companies are like this.
Terrible Delivery Service – Still Haven’t Received My Package!
This is by far the worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt with. My package failed to arrive, their customer service phone line was always busy, and emails got no real response—even after I provided an alternate address and offered to pick it up myself. A week later, they claimed another failed delivery for other reason. When I asked why, they just said they 'weren’t sure' and were 'investigating.' Then, they falsely updated the tracking to show a delivery attempt before failing yet again. Absolutely unacceptable—weeks later, my package is still missing!
Worst shipping company
Worst shipping company, delayed delivering may package and so they won't deliver it anymore. Customer service is like a broken record saying the same thing everytime I call. Useless calling them, they don't communicate with the drivers so your package won't be delivered if ever there's a problem with address.

I have been waiting on a package for over one week now. I have tried calling them on numerous occasions but after 11 minutes of holding, the call gets disconnected. They also do not email anyone back!!!!!

They have stolen every single package using them. This is my fifth package that they never attempted to deliver after waiting a month for each item smh they need rico charges
THIEVING ASS COMPANY
This company should be shut down and investigated. They mark packages as "package failed to be delivered" with no intention of trying to deliver at a later date. They did that to me twice in one week with TWO Temu orders... AND I WAS HOME THE ENTIRE WEEK! Don't even waste your time calling their 800 number either. You'll be like 1000 in the queue, and when you request a call back, they hang up the moment you answer. The email is pointless too, because they never respond! Temu did me a solid and blocked them from being my shipping company for future orders. I hope any company I order from in the future will NEVER use them as their shipping company!!!

SCAM company
SCAM company. Package arrived to their warehouse over a month ago. They don't answer to emails, phone just hangs up. I did manage to get them to call me back couple of times, but empty promises, we will deliver by Friday, and nothing. SCAM.

i have been waitying for a package for over a month it said it was going to arrive on the 7th of march and i did not receive it. i contacted coustmer service and game me the run around after being on hold for 45minytes and are refusing to give me a refund

I really don’t want to even give one star! They are HORRIBLE. Lied about attempting to deliver my package. The delivery driver texted me asking for my gate code and when I inquired as to why it wasn’t delivered, find out he entered the wrong gate code and when I told him this his response was “I don’t have time to deal with gates.”
This is a scam company
This is a scam company. I have camera's showing him at my door and no package left when he turned around to leave. Call company and I am 136 in line and 229 min till they get to me. The company I bought from is just as bad as far as I am concerned.

They are horrible. I was expecting a package yesterday. They had the nerve to say it was undeliverable on my notification and they never contacted me like they said.I saw the courier in front of my building yesterday and he did nothing.They are garbage...Temu really needs to rethink who they use as carriers.

I have over 300 orders from temu NEVER AN ISSUE UNTIL NOW complaining that I have an undeliverable address that is not true I'm in a private home no gate no nothing they're just claiming that my address is fake and there is nobody to take my call

DISGUSTING, DISHONEST SCAM COMPANY! Will steal your package and lie about delivery attempts! Two packages stolen. They will make up excuses such as “address is inaccessible” or “customer not available”, “failed delivery attempt”. This company needs to be banned from the US for fraud!!! I will continue to escalate this issue & spread awareness!!!
What a joke of a company
What a joke of a company. Temu should be ashamed of themselves for using this delivery company with horrendous customer reviews. They received my package February 12, and then nothing. No further update or tracking. Contacted Temu and supposedly the package was attempted delivery the next day. Checked the status of my package and they stated delivery failed, address was not accessible. I receive Temu packages almost every other week, but this joke of a company is saying they couldn’t access my address. Don’t even think of trying to contact customer service, they never answer the phone after the recording tells you it will be 3 to 4 hour wait then you get disconnected. The online chat was no better, I’m still waiting for an agent to respond, from 9:00 this morning, it’s now 12:41 in the afternoon. How does this nightmare of a company stay in business? Now I have to wait for Temu to respond, which will result in a refund. That doesn’t help me get my package, I want my order not a refund. I will have to re-access during business with Temu if they ever use this company to deliver anything to me again.
No updates whatsoever after my package was scanned into their warehouse
After my large package was scanned into their warehouse, I no longer received any updates to its whereabouts whatsoever. I have called multiple times and always end up 300 something in queue. I have emailed and they gave me a response a day later saying they will address this problem promptly. I still have not heard back and am waiting on their response to follow up still.

I have four orders out there saying they attempted to deliver. They said no safe place to leave package or I am not available. I have a doorbell that rings when someone comes to the front door and there has never been an attempt to deliver it. I have 5 orders and everyone had an excuse but they did deliver one. I can understand delay but no attempt I can't. I won't be able to order online it is to disappointing not getting any packages. Now I will just have to wait for a refund from Temu. I will not order from Temu anymore which sucks because I looked forward to my orders from them. This shipping company is not even attempting. Hats off to the one that delivered and took the picture that person did his job.
