The baddest courier in the world ,, 6 days after the received my shipment till now they don’t deliver to me ,, I called them they say sorry and will deliver within 24 hours ,, but they laying they do not delive and I am waiting,, It is my uae Id and I need it but they don’t care …. Bad ..Bad …Bad ..Bad ..Bad ..Bad ..Bad

Zero Star. SHITTY service. Its 8th day and Emirates ID delivery is still on hold. All my things are pending because of this. Customer service useless too.

One of the most worse experanice I had. They spose to deliver my EID, every day morning they send message ur delivery out with deliver boy. But nothing happen. Same message very time. I have work they not even modify the location. Really stupid

Worst experience since 20 days I am waiting for my delivery still no update whenever I call they said it will deliver within 2 days or today please keep on your mobile but nobody is coming for delivery I already talked 5 agent they are only saying today or tomorrow it’s been 5 times I called and still saying same I don’t know when they will deliver my E id and main things is I am waiting whole day not going out from house and not coming this worst of worst experience supposed to deliver on 20 November as per there msg out for delivery I don’t know may be they lost my card

Zajel-Worst & Pathetic experience. Waiting for the Emirates ID over 10 days and still waiting. Hopeless customer service team that has proper update on the delivery status. Really don't know how they got the service contract for Dubai government. Can some one advise is there a way to complaint against them with the immigration department?

When Emirates post was handling this, was Far far better service.

Worst worst worst....this is a most unprofessional courier. Delivery person doesn't not abode to time and my Emirates ID ( imp document ) is delayed because of silly excuses from delivery guy. He forgot to come to and deliver my courier I have to wait all day to get such important document. Do not trust this courier. Fyi I wouldn't want to give one star

Zajel is by far the worst courier in Dubai. The only reason they get to deliver documents for ICP is because they are owned by Investment corporation of Dubai. Get it together Dubai! If you are going to be monopolistic and choose your own courier services make sure at least they do a proper job. Otherwise allow companies who actually know what they are doing to deliver people's documents.

Very worst courier service provider, no communication for delivering parcel, have received message for delivery 2 days back but so far no one deliver the package.

Most pathetic services of Zajel courier in UAE.
Zajel courier is supposed to manage the deliveries of important docs like Emirates Id and it is very frustating to keep following up on the documents for past one week with no solution. No senior manager is bothered to even call back and listen to the customer grieavances.
I have been continuously calling Zajeel about the status of my Emirates ID supposed to be delivered 7 days ago and everyday I am being told the same thing - Your shipment is out for delivery and you will receive it tomorrow.
BUT TOMORROW NEVER COMES
My impt tasks are on hold as as I am still awaiting Emirates Id to be delivered.
This is totally unacceptable and serious action should be taken against Zajel Courier company on account of negligence and lack of responsibility

It's the worst service ever. They said, your shipment will be came on Wednesday, till now I didn't get the item. It's my Emirates id also I need the item urgently, every day checking on their tracking system it's shown as within 3 working days the item will deliver !. The 6 th working days is almost done.

I am Rashid (HR at Hats Interiors Decoration LLC and Cell Industries LLC). I am writing this review to appreciate Zajel team. Zajel is giving very good service and Zajel representatives are very humble people specially Muhammad Irfan is very good person with smiling face and appreciate his attitude as he always speaks very positive.

Worst courier service ever!! It takes them more than 4 days to deliver sensitive national document. The call center agents sound very mechanical, lying while at it that your package has been dispatched and in real sense, it hasn't left the branch. As I write this, still haven't received my EID document..

I wish I could give them 0 stars as this is the worse courier I've ever come across. No one should use them for delivery of important or time sensitive documents. Been waiting for my EID since start of the week and despite many calls and courier being 'out for delivery' there have been no attempts and no calls from the courier. I think they just send the message stating its out for delivery but the package just sits in their hub. I had to call them several times and got different responses contradicting each other.

Unfortunately due to delay in getting my EID card its causing unnecessary inconvenience and therefore the gov. departments should never use Zajel for delivery of important documents.

I received a WhatsApp from them to say my EID was ready for collection/delivery and an address was given for the delivery. It asked if I wanted to change the delivery address, which I did, so I went through the process of adding my home address and the location map as requested, which was confirmed by them, and yet they delivered it to the first address, which I then had to drive to to collect it in person!!! What is the point of asking if you want to change the address and confirming it if you're just going to deliver it to the original address... I will never select to use Zajel as a courier service again if I have the choice. The supervisor that called me also refused to admit that they were at fault!!! Livid!

No star , waiting emirates id more than 2 months

Almost one month,, waiting for my family emirates ids... no tracking number given, no person to contact . worst service

Possibly the worst courier company in Dubai... and that is saying something!! Supposed to deliver official government document to me on 22 March. 2 weeks later still not been delivered. Cannot contact by phone, online chat useless and messages are ignored.
