Hi, I would like to highlight one of your employees named William, who has been patient and did his best to deliver an Emirates ID of one of iur clients. The whole we were in touch with him for the delivery, but he showed professionalism and enthusiasm. I would like to highlight his dedication and commitment on his work. Kudos to your team that you have William, who can be a great asset in the company. I haven't got his surname and he is delivering around JVC area today April 14th, 2026.

The worst courier company anybody should be dealing with. Customer service is not helpful even though I showed them proof that the MOFA attestation is done as per MOFA then also not agreeing to deliver it on time. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Very bad courier service... Wasting the time

Unbelievable that all governement services go through this service provider. This is a black mark on Dubai's service quality. No promise was fulfilled:
- Delivery of UAE ID between 24/48h -> 1 week later I still haven't been delivered
- Package tracking: No update on status for days
- Client Service: Paid phone number and long queues
- Wrong status: parcel was supposed to be out for delivery 2 days ago and still not delivered to my address.

I am beyond frustrated with Zajeel. The worse part: they are untouchable since you cannot reach customer service and government use them by default without offering an alternative. Shame on them!

They were super late with the first order's delivery.
Tried them again but they sent the wrong item in the second order. They quit responding to messages and won't do anything to fix the issue.
I was planning to keep using their services but never again i would deal with Zajal in Amman Jordan again.

Would NOT recommend. Stay away and try other companies.

as per the tracking system my shipment was received by Zajel Monday 10 November 2025 10:12 PM Local time - portal states Estimation Delivery : 3 Working Days - status as of today - Thursday 13 November 2025 10:48 AM Local time still states as SHELVED - when called customer service they said they have no idea why it was delayed & when would it be delivered - WORST experience so far - I have an outbound travel scheduled & am stranded worrying about the EID not received - UNSATISFACTORY UNPROFESSIONAL RESPONSE

Terrible customer service, rude and unprofessional. Did not deliver on time, despite repeated calls.

HATE ZAJEL.They are the worst courier service esp for Government documents. I WOULD prefer it getting Shut or closed rather than allowing them to work.
Laziest staff.
It's been 10 days and still to get my Visa and EID.

Few months ago we were supposed to receive for my son on a Thursday. He had to leave the country on Monday. Never got it
Few years ago they told me to come collect when the payment is separately charged for them to deliver.I would give it a Minus zero star not even a single star rating

Worst delivery services two days before called and still not received the Emirates id

On Tuesday, I schedule the delivery of my Emirates ID for the earliest date possible, which was on Friday (3 working days is already crazy long). On Friday nobody shows up, they call me to deliver on Saturday, but I'm not home, hence they force me to reschedule for Monday.

On Monday nobody shows up, I call and they assure me the document is going to be delivered on Tuesday. On Tuesday i call and they tell me it's out for delivery and will be delivered by 6pm.

At 6pm nothing is delivered, I have to leave for the airport and will leave the country without a valid Emirates ID. Absolutely ridiculous service

Zajel- Jordan post nice pictures for gifts and when I order something for a birthday for example the balloons was not delivered and their excuse, ballooon flew away. I ordered diet baklava and they sent dates instead. They tried to fix the problem they sent dates again. And today’s order supposed to be blueberry cheese cake and they sent the top plain and no sign of raspberry although they charge us triple the cost plus shipping. I wish there is a place to post pictures so all people can see

As many people have mentioned, it has indeed been 7 days since the issuance of my ID, and I still have not received it

I had been waiting for the delivery of my family’s Emirates ID cards (a total of three) and had provided my office address for the delivery. However, the delivery agent handed over the IDs to another individual and left without my acknowledgment. I only became aware of this through a notification message I later received.

Our organization employs approximately 220 staff members, and now I am left with the task of locating the colleague who received the package. I am genuinely surprised and concerned by the careless manner in which ZAJEL handled the delivery of such sensitive and critical documents as National IDs.

I contacted Ms. Silpa regarding the issue, but unfortunately, she did not treat the matter with the seriousness it deserves. I requested to speak with a manager, but she was unable to connect me and only offered a callback after repeated requests.

The worst delivery company, to be honest, I'm not sure why they are granted to provide service for government-related courier services. Like delivering the physical emirated ID cards to the owner. The late and arrogant team

Rude and late courier guy. I had to come from Business Bay till Creek Harbour myself to pick up a delivery. The guy kept saying he is coming but I had to wait for an entire hour to get my courier. Insane!!!!!

My Emirates ID has been delayed for 5 days now with no call, no email, and no update from the courier. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. I expected better service, especially for such an important document.
