I don' t hace received the purchase

Quiero hacer una devolución. Y ES IMPOSIBLE. NO FUNCIONA EL FORMULARIO, Y UNA VEZ QUE CONSEGUÍ METER LOS DATOS, DICE QUE "Ha fallado la creación de la etiqueta de devolución".
Es una estafa.

I am very happy. It was fast. All the dresses were just perfect.

I have never tried a pair of boots that fitted so well around my calves. I don't know how I lived without high boots until now. They are a bit big for my feet but nothing cannot be sorted with some insoles. The leather is of such high quality and so is the termination of the boots. So happy with my purchase!!!

I just can always repeat that I love YOURS CLOTHING and the items they sell, they are beautiful, up to date and have a fair price. The items always come in perfect circumstances and very fast. Thank you !!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely impossible to speak to anyone in person. Chatbot couldn't help me at all. I ordered 3 bras in my size and u sent 3 different sizes. I tried to reorder and it came up again incorrect in the basket. I can't get to a post office as I'm in hospital and not easy, so I've lost my money and still not possible to re order.. and I have no bras! Email was only option but that didn't work as they wanted order number and it wasn't recognised as u already sent it (incorrectly) why can't I get help?

I am very angry and upset. I still haven't received my last purchase at home. I don't know where the package is located. I would like my money back, since it does not seem that, at this point, I will receive it at home. This is the ref number of my last purchase: YE124-3147-0908

My experience is pending the return of my first purchase and the arrival of my second purchase.

I always use a size 50 but the two jumpers I bought were way too big
