Buyers Beware
My wife made one order for one pen set and they have charged our credit card for 7 pen sets a total of $357.43. They refuse to answer their phone 888-430-7103. This place is a scam in my opinion. No return address should tell you something about this company.
They sell their products on other websites like Ebay and Amazon so they do not have to deal with customers and complaints.
Orivelle websites do not function.
Orivelle has many bad reviews on here and they match our review.
My antivirus software blocked their official website because it is a risky website and could be a fake store. Google the website and try it.
If you read there replies to these bad reviews you will find they are all about the same.
Before you buy try calling them at 888-430-7103, emailing them, and get a return address from them.
There billing comes from Cheyenne Wyoming.
For those that feel they have been cheated you may want to consider reporting them to the Consumer Protection Agency local and federal.
Also complain to you credit card company.
Contact your State Attorney General and your Members of Congress.
We are senior citizens and live on Social Security and can not afford their over charges.

This website is absolutely a scam. They charged me $110 for an order that didn't exist. I already filed a scam report to the FBI (IC3) and other law enforcement authorities, and I encourage other victims to do the same. I can't believe why such a rogue website is allowed to exist and harm consumers in the United States. Call your Congressmen to take down this website and protect consumers. Avoid their products by all means.

Avoid at all costs, the website is designed in such a way that it will take your money before you have added your delivery address. If you contact them about it (even straight away) they will tell you that it’s too late. This is a total scam and they have the nerve to be ready to take another payment a month later

There are no zero stars. Orivelle Zendesk is not even worth 1 star because they are thieves. Their website is set up to fake an order. Even when seconds after my order was sent, I sent a message to Orivelle to cancel my order. That was impossible was the reply! The whole order was returned by mail with tracking. I received a msg that they could not verify the tracking no. after only 2 days, and they had even registered the packet was sent with Australian Post! Norway is not in Australia! It has been almost a month since the return, still waiting for my money back. This is SCAM!

Il n'y a pas de zéro étoile. Orivelle Zendesk ne vaut même pas 1 étoile car ce sont des voleurs. Le 25/07 je sélectionne sur leur site un achat à 13,99 € que je paye via Paypal. Je m'aperçois trop tard avant de valider l'achat, que le site Orivelle Zendesk me débite 50,36 €. Je fais immédiatement opposition sur le site de Paypal et j'envoie un message à Orivelle Zendesk qui ne veut pas annuler ma commande car j'ai ouvert un dossier litige avec Paypal. Après de très nombreux échanges de mails avec Orivelle Zendesk, ils me disent que ma commande est validée alors que je leur ai envoyé une copie écran de ma sélection sur leur site le jour même où j'ai fait cet achat à 13,99 €. Il ne c'est passé que quelques minutes entre la validation sur Paypal et mon message à Orivelle Zendesk pour annulation. Ce sont bien des VOLEURS qu'il faut dénoncer. NE JAMAIS ACHETER SUR CE SITE ORIVELLE ZENDESK, CE SONT DES VOLEURS.

Update on my previous review.After numerous emails between different people the items finally arrived in the USA and then they said as it was after 30 days from purchase they would not refund the returned item. I stated that it did not state 30 days on their website and they finally agreed a refund. Surprise, surprise they said they would refund me the £23.97 items as this was the second order I paced. Incorrect, I placed the first order at £23.97 and then incorrectly ordered a second item at £38.97. I have received the £23.97 amount but have asked for the difference as it cost me £15.00 + £1.50 customs to send it to the USA when I could have returned it to the UK. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FIRM!!!!!!!! I asked them to refund the full cost of the order of £64.98 but I would think pigs might fly.

I have found the same issue as others. The ordering is very confusing and you end up paying more than stated and have to buy 3 pens. I did this and the liquid seems to be working - that is the only positive in this. I then got an email to tell me that my next order of 3 pens had been processed and were on the way!! At no time was it clear that this was a subscription so I immediately emailed to get the order cancelled! I have so far had 19 emails to try and cancel this and I think I am there at last! I have ended up being pretty rude and typing in capital letters as they were offering me pauses and asking me to explain why I want to cancel!! I do not need to explain that but it has taken so much effort I was losing the will to live. AVOID THIS COMPANY! the operatives are very polite but the company is a money grabbing scam - once they have you it's the work of the devil to get them to let go! Be warned!!

Orivella pen ordering is deceptive and impossible to stop and withdraw before they apply another layer of unwanted stuff without consent. Once you try to find the price, you are trapped inside the site and cannot withdraw. They indicate, within the prices, that delivery is included, but you then find in the invoice that delivery is only free if you accept an additional offer. The price indicates the price per item and is offered as two items plus one free, yet you are charged for a total of three items, which automatically ignores the "free item" offered. I did not complete or agree to the original order intentionally, hoping to be able to leave the site incomplete, but they ignored that and sent a completed invoice, including the unwanted offer to PayPal anyway. I tried to cancel, but they claimed it had already been sent and offered me a partial deal to accept, which, under pressure, I did, to get off the site. As I left the site, they offered me yet another product to add to the existing unwanted extra offer. Since I had been told the existing order had already been processed and could not be cancelled, this offer of a spray supplement meant that they were fully prepared to change the order to add something, but not to subtract or cancel anything. I was desperate to end the process for fear of even more attempts to add to my order, so I turned off the phone to exit the site. I am an 83-year-old pensioner not very used to dealing with dishonest online high-pressure selling techniques. I find I have been duped into spending a very large sum on much more of the product than I wanted. I most certainly will not be returning for more and urge others never to deal with this totally unscrupulous company. I have not received the goods to date, but I am keen to warn prospective future customers of my dreadful experience so far.

I would put 0 star if I could. All I can say is SCAM SCAM SCAM

Price offered is not the price you pay. Tried to cancel within seconds of being rinsed, goods already shipped. It's a con. Avoid.
