As previous review which they say doesn’t exist. Poor service. No cards received no. It responding to emails. Blamed Evri. Avoid. I am a real customer!!

I have never used this company before, I chose their website as I liked the look of it and they had alot of mixed reviews but many of them were mainly good. The site was very user friendly, I was able to choose the card that I like the most as there were so many different designs and colours, it defo made it hard to decide which one I liked the most. I liked that they show you an example of what the card will look like once produced as the picture when you upload one is stretched, and also what sizing would fit best against a life sized model. I went for the A3 size for my 5 year old nephew.

I ordered mid December 2023 and there was a guarantee on their site that they could get the card out before Christmas if ordered before 18th December. It was posted on the 18th December and it arrived on the 20th December, however as I wasn't there to receive it from Royal Mail they had left it in a safe place (which is good they did due to bad weather) however Royal Mail didnt leave me a slip to tell me they had done that, so I had no clue where the safe place they chose was. I emailed the company on 28th December as I waited for at least 10 working days and gave benefit of doubt, due to the busy festive period they didn't get back to me until 3rd January 2024. Luckily Royal Mail had taken a picture for their delivery receipt (I didn't pay any extra for tracked delivery so that is why I couldn't check). The email had stated it was left in a safe place and they attached a photo, as soon as I saw it I was kicking myself I hadn't think to check there but didn't think any postie would leave it in a box for my garden furniture cushions.

Overall - the delivery experience was great (even though I didn't have it in time for xmas, my nephew was still happy to get an extra present in the new year).

The quality of the card is amazing, my nephew's face when he opened it was priceless. The picture that I had uploaded was amazing and looked great, great customer service and very well priced.

Would recommend and buy from them again.

My son absolutely loves his card. Website is easy to use to design the card. It arrived on time, is excellent quality and much cheaper than other card makers. Can definitely recommend and will use again

I had a problem with the transfer and the employee heard about it and helped me at the same second with excellent service, highly recommend, the company is high level and very secure.

Contacted the company via email to ask if I could pay additional fee to ensure the cards were here before my sons birthday as I didn’t realise the turn around. They were so accommodating and helpful and ensured they would make sure they weren’t printed this weekend so they got to me in time. Reply was within a few hours and they even sent an attachment to show me a photo of one of the cards I’d ordered. My son is going to be so thrilled when they come and I will be definitely ordering more for Christmas. Highly recommend this company!

I orderd a custom card for my friends birthday, and at first the cards attribuites didn't match what I orderd, i contected support and they send a brand new one exacly as i wanted! with no extra charge or nothing! they responded fast profassional. the card arrived today and I couldn't be more satifieid.

I cannot get any responses to emails or texts about my order. I have messaged every day for 4 days and there is no response. I need a refund and communication.

Edited to reply to response: I left my email address by contacting the support email address multiple times. I received text and email replies about my order so I know the company had my contact information. Please let me know if you would like me to provide copies of the documentation so you can see the timing. My refund was submitted after this review was posted, I assume in response to the review. The issue is now resolved.

Couldn’t recommend more, easy set up on the website to get the order going & a very quick response from the support team when it was needed!

The team organised a reprint for me including my little lads favourite football celebration in. It was proofed back to me out of hours & I received it the next day.

Fantastic company highly recommend. Cards are very well made and son very happy. There was a courier issue the second time of purchasing a card and the company went above and beyond to rectify, amazing service will be back to order more soon!

The quality of the cards are very good, the quality of the physical card aswell as the design on it, Order was processed very fast and I’ve now referred my friends to this site too after they were interested in where I got my
card, might order in the future again if card becomes outdated because of a new FIFA release

Just ordered 3 cards and am very pleased with the results. High quality, durable, sturdy cards. Great image quality. Great customer service. There was a delay in shipping, but when I asked, the question was answered immediately and with full details. I’ll be ordering again!
