Absolute scam company. Goods provided of horrendous quality. No response from several days when trying to contact them to resolve. Eventually make contact and they agreed to resend items and have failed to do so. The absolute worst I have ever dealt with

I wouldn't give it one star seriously if I had an option. I've never left a bad review for any business but with the quality I have received, the money spent on a team that doesn't have the funds to be messed about, trying to contact them and get a reply is impossible.
Do not use this company at all costs. Pay that bit extra and go elsewhere.

If I could a zero I would.

Absolute disgrace, do not use this website if you want anything of any sort of quality or if you expect the slightest bit of customer service.

The item I bought arrived snapped into 3 pieces, I immediately took photos of the damaged card but also the battered box it arrived in and sent them to the email address provided. No response. Emailed again a day later, nothing.

Have since emailed another 2 times, sent queries on their web form and called their ‘offices’ a number of times leaving voicemails. Not a word in 3 weeks.

In addition, the fifa card I bought was really really poor quality, even if it arrived intact, I would have been asking for a refund as it looks like someone has just cut it out with scissors in their front room. I’ve bought cards from other sites before, much much better quality. Do yourself a favour, pay the tiny bit extra and do not use this site.

Ordered from here from google ads and seen the price, compared to some other websites, should have read trustpilot first (my first mistake)

The quality of the print is poor, the delivery time was terrible, response to emails is non existent, so I thought leaving a review here might get me a response...

Its cheap, and its cheap for a reason, absolutely terrible, avoid at all costs.

I purchased 2 cards for my football mad boy for his upcoming birthday. Order placed. 30th December. By 23rd January still nothing. Sent 3 emails, none replied to as if email is not monitored. Called 3 times and the phone is never picked up, rings and goes to voicemail. I agree wirh other customers as this is now my exact experience. We just want what we paid for as customers, nobody wants to go to the bank to report the company but you're left with no choice after a month of this. Isn't it easier just not to run a business in the first place if you're this rubbish at it?

Really good football cards for my team. Only thing it says 2 days production and 1 day delivery, it took couple of weeks. But I guess because they are busy with Christmas. But great quality football cards ❤️

Ordered an FC25 card for my granddaughter's Christmas.
It arrived well packaged today and unlike some of the reviews on here, the quality was great.
The best advice I could give is that when you order, make sure the photo is of high quality as they can only print the picture you supply. If it's poor resolution or grainy, that's what you'll get printed.
Overall, delivery was quick and the quality was fantastic. Supply them a decent quality picture and you're golden :)

Took forever to arrive, arrived incorrectly, no response to emails or messages.

Don't waste your time. I placed an order for an FC25 Football card and paid extra for the fast delivery. According to their website, the whole process would take a few days. I received a confirmation email of my order and that was it. No updates, they didn't reply to my emails or messages and nothing was sent out. Eventually, someone did respond and I managed to get a refund, but at that point, a whole week had passed and the gift was too late for my daughters birthday.

I had a small football card made for my eldest at the start of the year and it was fantastic, arrived quickly and the print was great. I ordered one in September for my Second and it arrived quickly, damaged and poor quality. The image was grainy and tinted green. I emailed immediately with my issue...radio silence. Followed up a day later...nothing. Used their website query chat and referred to my emails...nothing. after a few days I lost patience and called. Spoke to a miserable chap who said he'd look into it, improve the quality and send me out a new one asap. Nothing arrived. Emailed again, frustrated, 4-5 days later and still no response. This company is a joke, what a total waste of time and effort it's been dealing with you. You offer a product, aimed at kids, fall short of the mark then refuse to sort it out. Being part of a large community of football parents, I've shared my experience with this company to anyone who'll listen and I hope the word spreads.

I have paid for an order nearlly 3 weeks ago and had no delivery no response to any emails and really disappointed. Please can someone review the emails and get my order to me or refund me. It was a gift that is due this week!

Rubbish, I never received my parcel and their customer service is miserable! Basically no parcel and no refund! Very bad experience

I made an order and unfortunately the tracking wasn't showing me information.
After 2 weeks I emailed them and they sent it out next day delivery.
High quality print and great service.

I ordered a football stat poster for my Daughter mid December as a Christmas present.On the 20th December I had an email to say issue with art work.I rang them as I had replied to the email by resending everything over.I asked do you need anything else they replied no.Early Jan I've sent various emails with no response.I have then rang them again Amber has apologised again and told me it will go out that day express delivery so I will receive next day.I've given it 2-3 days then a see an email about a refund no mention of why ??? I have to ring up again and then they reply I haven't replied to their email regarding the name !! Even though they confirmed previously they had everything they needed and I will receive next day taking the absolute you know what! how much time and effort I have wasted

Poor. Received and wrapped card for Christmas. When my son opened his overall rating was “1” (I didn’t notice when wrapping!). Asked for replacement and was told that’s what I put! Tried to go back to order to show that I didn’t, I’d put 91 but I was unable to view. Whatever happened to the customer is always right. Will never use this company again.

Please don’t use this company ordered item on 4 Dec for Christmas told it would be here in 4 days after numerous emails and promises item still not arrived and no sign of refund !!

Poor quality print. Grainy considering the cost. Would use alternative company in future. Disappointed really.

Great service and great product! Like many companies at this time of the year, they are being let down by Yodel (people should review them and not Kidsmerch) and they are covering the cost of any issues from them by offering to reprint and sending my order again! Can't recommend them highly enough!

Kids merch Wast of time lies says it was delivered but it wasn't. They say it was left on front porch we don't have a front porch just a front door. DO NOT TRUST OR USE be aware.. we will never use again...
