Quick delivery, item just as expected

Terrible company. So my sister and I wanted the Mojo may edition, this edition retails at £6.95 but this company charged both of us 13.99 each but with 10% off so got it for £12.59 which is a complete rip off.. but that's not all, the magazine we both expected was the retail version, we both received subscriber copies from eBay sellers.. The eBay sellers were selling for £6.99 free delivery... So this company makes double the money for doing nothing.. I contacted the company, took a while to receive replies and when I eventually did I had to return at my own expense (and my sister had to return also) and then when we both received our refund we were deducted £3 for "their" postage fees.. IV never been so disgusted at a company who are clearing claiming to find magazine editions and using eBay sellers.. Now from reading the previous review's, any bad reviews they will respond to making multiple excuses but ignore them. My sister and I were genuine buyers, we obviously expected to pay posted which for a large letter is £2.50 ish.. Don't buy from this company, they are not good and save your money,we ended up buying from a reputable company and got the retail companies and paid £8.. If I could have given Zero stars I would have.

J’ai cherché le magazine British Vogue pendant un peu plus d’un mois sur Internet sans pouvoir le commander depuis la France. Puis je suis tombé sur ce site. Ayant eu du mal à trouver le magazine, j’ai eu peur que ce soit une arnaque, mais je me suis décidé à commander après plusieurs avis positifs sur Internet. Finalement aucun regret, le service est super. Les magazines ont été envoyés, bien emballé et en super état. Je suis très contente de ma commande. Seul petit inconvénient : le prix de l’envoi. Étant en France, j’ai payé des frais de port assez élevé, ce qui fait que j’ai eu deux magazines pour 50 €. Cependant aucun regret après le nombre d’heures que j’ai passé les chercher sur Internet.

I received a couple of issues of the recent TIME magazine after a couple of weeks (international shipping so that is fair).
However, when I received it, the magazines had been forcefully stuffed inside - bent and folded, which had a significant impact on their outlook. No internal protection of the magazines at all. The outside package was unharmed, so it it definitely not the postal service's fault.
Both the items and the shipping were very expensive, so I had expected much more care.
I have been in contact with customer service, who refuse to issue any refund. They suggest shipping it back and in return they will send new issues, but after this, I do not trust the packaging, and the amount of time we have already waited would be more than doubled - also shipping from here is not so easy and quite the hassle when you were just expecting your items to arrive in good condition (after all, I did spend a significant amount of money to ensure just that).
So do not expect that your items will be handled with care.
EDIT: in the answer from the company it says "damaged in transit". This is not the case as the outside package was in pristine condition, so the postal service had nothing to do with this.

I have always received prompt and efficient service from this site. An immediate refund, as a voucher towards a future order, was received when a pre-ordered item was not sent to me by an American outlet. I have always dealt with Jonny and have been completely satisfied with his response to any query I may have had.

My experience was great, because I had an instant, helpful and detailed reply to my query when Royal Mail dropped the ball and took too long delivering my magazine....long after it had been dispatched

Waited over a month for a magazine I ordered, since I ordered from the US and can take a while, and it never arrived. When I brought this up to them, they said since it’s been more than 30 days, they wouldn’t do anything. They were very quick to shift blame to me for not contacting them sooner instead of being accountable and offering a solution.

Update: When they saw I posted this review, they suddenly were more open to the refund they initially denied me. But they said that would be difficult to do since I posted this review. I had to say I would change it to get the refund. We worked it out to where they’ll now be issuing a refund. So, once I receive the refund, I’ll be happy to change my review to a bit more positive.

I recently purchased a magazine featuring my fave celebrity. I didn’t realise it was going to be much larger than standard, but it came so well packaged (in a hard tube), it was pristine.
I have just ordered another magazine and received an enquiry to check I definitely wanted 2 copies as I had already pre ordered the same edition (which I had forgotten!). My mistake was quickly rectified and the second order cancelled. Kudos to Jonny and Megan for reaching out to check (they could have easily just sent the two copies as it was my error) and for such great customer service. I would definitely use this company again!

Jonny was very helpful and always quick to respond via email. Jonny helped with sourcing a brand new copy in fantastic condition after letting me know the only copy they had left in stock of the magazine I wanted had scratches to the cover.
