Incredible staff, so helpful and very kind. Although some magazines may look pricy you have to understand that they’re paying for the delivery, import fees and so on… and compared to resellers online these guys are the best priced around! Will go above and beyond for customers wanting a magazine. Fast delivery. 10/10 recommend

Order no. LY893346750DE. I ordered a warehouse for another country in November, so I expected the package to take a little longer. It arrived at the beginning of the year and was immediately returned, likely due to an incomplete address. I don't know the exact details, as there's practically no contact. The package should have been returned to the sender at the beginning of March, and I still haven't received a refund for the product that didn't arrive. Communication is minimal, which is downright embarrassing. I sent numerous messages, and only a few received a response telling me to wait—has it been several months? I don't recommend using a service that doesn't respond to requests and avoids the subject.

British GQ Magazine BTS is Back
Update: so after my review and contacting via social media they offered to send out a new magazine, which arrived in much better condition. The Director of the Company has also been in touch with an explanation of what went wrong for my daughter. They’ve taken onboard my comments to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
I ordered the GQ March edition magazine BTS are back. I ordered the magazine on 13 Feb and they state the dispatch time is within 2-3 days. Dispatch was much longer and it didn’t arrive until 25 February.
The magazine arrived in a plain brown envelope, with no padding. The envelope was all ripped with the magazine having marks on the spine, the top and bottom and the edges were all curled. The magazine was ordered due to it featuring BTS on the front cover and inside. The magazine was ordered to be a collectors item to display but as it’s damaged on the front this isn’t possible.
I’m a member of a BTS group and lots of fans (Army) have stated their magazine arrived damaged too. So this is not a one off. This is extremely disappointing as the company are charging much more than the magazine would cost to buy in a shop even excluding postage so you would expect it to drive in prestige condition.
I have emailed the company attaching photos, requesting a refund and have also contacted them on Instagram but so far, they have not had the decency to reply. Very strange as they were quick enough to respond when I queried where the magazine was.

AVOID THIS SITE – They ship damaged goods and refuse to take responsibility!
I ordered a "new" magazine, and it arrived with a permanent vertical crease running down the front cover. When I provided clear photographic evidence of the damage, their customer service gave the most ridiculous response I’ve ever heard.
They actually claimed that because the magazine is still "readable," it isn't considered damaged! According to their logic, they could send you a magazine soaked in water or ripped in half, and as long as you can read the words, they won’t offer a free replacement.
To make matters worse, they told me that if I wanted a replacement, I would have to pay for the return shipping myself. They are essentially trying to fine me for their own failure to deliver a product in professional condition.
This company hides behind "readability" to scam people out of receiving the quality they paid for. They do not care about customers or the condition of their products. Save your money and buy elsewhere, anywhere that actually understands what "New Condition" means.

A confusing way of handling shipping internationally.
First off: Their Customer Service is great (5stars for them).
But there is a but: Their handling and shipping leaves something to be desired, I ordered a magazine on the 13th of December, it was in stock, so I thought it would be shipped in the next couple of days.
However after Christmas it was still not shipped, after I contacted them it appeared that they were closed for the holidays from 19 December through 6 January.
Customer Service reacted right after they returned for business. 2 days later it was shipped and I received a tracking number. On Saturday the 17th of January it was still in the USA, so when I got a mail later that day that the package would be delivered that same day I expected that something went wrong as I am living in the Netherlands.
After contacting Customer Service I found out that it would be delivered at an agent that would arrange the final shipping to Europe. As the agent was closed during the weekend the package was delivered there on the next working day. Middle of that week i received a mail with a new tracking number and today (01/26/2026) I finally received the magazine I ordered. (3 stars for the handling and shipping)
All in all a very eventful way of doing business, especially as this was the first time I did business with this company. Knowing this the next time I know what is coming, but this time it made me very nervous.
Thankfully they have a great Customer Service that reacts very fast, and they helped me through this adventure. And I think that they need them with this way of shipping internationally.
So you need to be patient doing business with them.

Complaint Regarding Non-Delivery of Order #151246
I placed an order on 23 November for the Vogue UK magazine with diary (£15), order number #151246, and I have still not received it.
This was meant to be a Christmas present for my daughter, which makes the lack of delivery even more disappointing.
What’s worse is that I have filled out the company’s contact form multiple times and have been completely ignored. No response, no explanation, nothing. Being treated this way as a paying customer is unacceptable.
I’m extremely disappointed by both the service and the lack of communication, and honestly quite shocked that no one has taken the time to respond or resolve this.
At this point, I would expect either the item to be delivered immediately or a full refund.

Very slow service
Ordered on 20th November, I understand it’s coming from the US so it may take longer. Firstly had to email to get the tracking. The tracking hasn’t updated since December 8th. I’ve received one response from the company since the 8th too, after emailing numerous times. The email offered no resolution or help, and I’m still waiting on a reply.
