Absolutely stunning! The painting is even more beautiful in person and far exceeded my expectations. The quality and detail are amazing. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Ordered a painting for living room. A large sunset, seascape painting which was executed well and looked very similar to the website image (they are all individually painted). Ordering was fine and delivery was pretty quick considering this had to be painted to order. Overall I was delighted with the result and would recommend.

I ordered the textured painting "Winter's Embrace". Before placing the order, Vivian showed me real photos of the painting and created a mock-up of the dimensions for me to preview. After the painting was completed, she took photos and sent them to me for confirmation. She only shipped the painting after receiving my approval. I received the painting approximately six days after it was shipped. The entire process was very smooth, and I am very satisfied.

This was our first experience with Nuke Art and we are 1000% satisfied with our purchase.
Since the initial order was placed the Nuke Art team followed up with us and they explained the process and sent us an actual picture of the finished work. We were hesitant, but once we received the piece it was a true picture of what was sent to us prior to shipping
In our case it was shipped to our house in South West Florida via DHL and customs held the shipment for a routine inspection - we reached out to Nuke Art and they were involved with the process and helped us with the communication with DHL until the day we received the work in our doorstep.

The paintings (3 pieces) were individually wrapped in bubble wrap and foam to protect the frame, and the paintings came in a wood create with hinges for protection and easy unpacking. They were perfectly safe when we got them.

The picture took over four months to arrive and we had no idea when purchasing it would be produced and shipped from China. Avoid this company at all costs - the delivery firm they organised were appalling. They left our painting outside in the rain

Vivian was incredibly responsive and patient throughout the process. She sent me photos and made small adjustments exactly as I requested. I never rushed, and she genuinely cared about getting it right.

Even during the Black Friday rush, the surface quality and service justified the purchase.

I was a bit nervous about ordering custom art online for the first time, but the process was straightforward and the delivery went smoothly.

UPDATE: After writing this review, Vivian reached out to apologize. She said that my order was cancelled and I would receive a full refund. She explained that the delay was because they were waiting for the artist to complete a new version of the painting in hopes I would change my mind about cancelling. At this point, I did not have high expectations that the new version would change my mind given the past versions. But a few days later, when Vivian emailed me with pictures of the new painting, it was very close to the original painting shown on the website - exactly what I had been expecting. I changed my mind about cancelling the order. I had been upset and alarmed about the radio silence earlier, but Vivian worked hard to make sure I was satisfied and I appreciate that.

This website is a SCAM. After my order, Vivian reached out with photos of the finished art work for my approval. It looked nothing like what's shown on the website. I said this to Vivian and explained in detail what I thought was different. She was understanding and said the artist will make revisions. She then sent another picture of the revised painting. It still looked very different. Since I had already asked for two rounds of revisions and it didn't seem like the painting was getting closer to what's on the website, I asked to cancel the order. The website has a cancellation policy that clearly says that we can cancel if the painting hasn't been shipped yet. They also have a 100% guarantee refund policy. NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. I have sent 3 emails and one week later, still no response. Vivian always responded after 24 hours when we were discussing the painting, but as soon as I asked to cancel my order? NOTHING. I am now out hundreds of dollars with no art work.

Vivian reached out by email and text after the painting was done, but I missed those messages. Her call let me confirm everything before it shipped. I really appreciated her careful and professional follow-up.

This painting adds a great vibe to the room. It catches the eye without being overwhelming.

I ordered a product worth over $900 and was promised delivery within 5–7 days. Two weeks later, the parcel still had not been handed over to DHL, despite my repeated inquiries.

I contacted the seller multiple times, asking for updates and eventually requesting cancellation and a refund, as I was moving abroad and would not be able to receive the package. Responses were slow, inconsistent, and unhelpful, and the seller failed to respect the delivery timeframe promised on their website.

This has been by far the worst online shopping experience I have had in 30 years. The lack of communication, delays, and failure to ship the order are unacceptable. I cannot recommend this seller.

Given the size, I was concerned about shipping, but it arrived extremely well packed and in perfect condition. Everything was handled professionally.

I do recommend the artist "Alexander Grif", he understands my needs - bright but not garish, i like the overall colorful balance, without being loud.

I don't understand people saying the communication was excellent. I sent a question via email twice and never received a reply. Then I tried another address on their site, and still no response. I am afraid to order in the event there is an issue.

I came across this site as I was looking for a piece of unique minimal art for my wall. I decided to purchase this piece after reading some reviews and found these reviews to be very accurate. Customer service was exceptional and delivery was as expected. Very professionally packaged in a wooden box as stated. The artistry was beyond my expectations and so beautifully designed. I feel a piece of the artists "soul" now lives with me. So grateful to have come across this site!

NUKEART, ARTEXPLORE along with a few others that sell the same art and market as a collective for "young and upcoming artists" with images of "their artists" displayed as their team, are misrepresenting and committing fraud. Please find the same art work per site, with different and fake artist's names attached. For example, June Wei is shown as "one to watch" and her affiliated images vary. She is Asian or caucasian, depends on which site you explore. If you run a few basic searches on the "artists" they feature, you'll find a lot of stock photos and no legitimate bio. You may get a piece of art you like and one that fits the images shown by these sites, but you're not buying from a legitimate artist. Youre not buying from one of the "artist team" they claim to work with...The parent company is in Hong Kong and who knows where they get their "art from." but it is not as represented.

The seller is great to communicate with and very happy with my purchase, it’s a beautiful new addition to my home as wanted a unique piece. Highly Recommend!!
