I've been waiting for this issue about Louis since a long time. Great pictures and really good interview

Do not buy from this business.
Very poor customer services. Refuse to send out goods and refuse to refund.

I ordered from germany and the delivery was really fast. I was especially happy with the packaging, which made sure the magazine arrived without the slightest dent and in perfect shape.

Great that you finally put Louis Tomlinson on the cover he is the best. And the photos are amazing ♡♡♡ I'm still emotionally recovering from them, they're absolutely stunning 💙💙💙 I need more of that.

Ordered a magazine with ozzy on the front .didn’t expect it to arrive ripped .i asked to return it to be told they don’t do returns as they can’t guarantee that magazine printed in mass production are of perfect quality.dont waste your money ordering with these people .

Erst gab’s Ärger (mein Magazin kam total zerkratzt an), aber nach ein paar Mails und etwas Geduld hat sich der Kundenservice wirklich gekümmert und mir ein Ersatzheft versprochen, und zwar ohne Zusatzkosten. Das finde ich fair und bin gespannt, wie das neue Heft aussieht. Danke für die Mühe!

And the costumer support and communication is the best I've encountered in years.

Awful bashed up - three times the price magazine - overinflated price. Wouldn't provide return label to get refund. Just totally ignored me. Terrible products, terrible service. I want my money back, please give me my money back. Would never use again... avoid at all costs.

Brilliant service. One of my choices wasn't available and this was explained to me straight away and excellent alternatives were offered to me.

I’m a huge Lady Gaga & Pedro Pascal fan, anytime I need a new magazine with either of them on the covers I come straight to this website as I know they will have it. Once in stock the shipping is super fast and everything is packaged with care. The customer service is also excellent. They take the time to listen and reach out. A+++++++ also a magazine I ordered had some small damage to it the team reached out via email before shipping and let me know and asked if I still wanted it, I did and they gave me a voucher too. Fast delivery and excellent packaging.

Commande rapide mais je n'ai jamais reçu mon colis après plus d'un mois d'attente. Ils envoient un message pour dire qu'ils me renvoient l'article puis, le lendemain, un mail pour retourner leur veste et le produit est soit-disant en rupture de stock... Ils me proposent un produit qui n'a rien à voir ou d'être mise sur une liste d'attente au cas ou le produit commandé serait à nouveau disponible (ce qui n'est pas sûr)

Edit: l'article est de nouveau disponible mais beaucoup plus cher que quand je l'ai acheté. Il est passé de 25/30£ à 40/50£.

I originally ordered two magazines, however there was a shipping issue with one of my orders. This was very quickly resolved with their customer service team who provided great support and communication. I later received my second magazine and both arrived in amazing condition, they look as good as new and are perfect for any magazine collector. I couldn’t recommend this company enough as their products are high quality and the staff are very supportive towards all customers.

I had amazing experience! My magazine arrived today, well packaged no damage! I’m looking forward to place an order again. Keep up the good work!

I accidentally ordered 3 of the same magazines and I only got 2 of them they arrived after 4-5 days after i placed the order I contacted them about the 3th one the was missing they said it might have gotten lost in the mail and id get a refund few days later I didn’t see the refund in my bank account so I emailed them again and now this said my last order was allegedly shipped on the 31st of March but it still hasn’t arrived so I’m gonna give them 3 stars

Fast service, magazine packaged was excellent. The BEST service possible, will order again.
