This company gives a two year guarantee on its product. However after only five months my scanner stopped working and once I contacted them it became apparent that they do not honour any guarantees.
Having paid decent money I am now left with a scanner that is worthless.
MY ADVICE IS DO NOT BUY SCANNERS FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY!!

Waste of time equipment for 30 years old cars. Doesn’t connect at all with car pc. Send it back special delivery no refund. Chinese bullshit email replies . Seen pictures of piles of boxes of customer returns. Got my money back from paypal thanks god for that. Don’t waste your money and time. None of the equipment works no refunds.

What a joke of a company, they promise you the sun and the stars on their website but in fact they dont deliver, the customer service couldn't get worse, purchased a diagnostics tool that was supposed to be shipped from an eu warehouse and 12 days later im.srill waiting for an update, apparently it was sent from china. I will cancel my order and ask for a full refund.

Terrible customer service. Bought an A30M obd scanner, upon usage most the features don't work, its very limited, and very frustrating to use. Such as constantly asking to re-enter vehicles VIN. I thought okay, maybe its because I cheaped out. I request a refund and they seem happy to issue a refund and reply quick. Then once I got confirmation from royal mail that its been delivered to them, they begin replying slow. I keep asking after months about an update but they just say they're waiting for their warehouse to notify the item has been received. After a few emails, they stopped replying. 5 months later nothing

I purchased an xtool ip500, this is the second one I have purchased. The first one, the lithium battery kept going flat when it was turned off, and bluetooth also turned off. I returned it for a replacement. The second tool had the same issue, the battery keeps going flat. It is general knowledge that you shouldn't keep running lithium batteries flat because it causes damage to the battery and shortens its life, so you have to keep the tool charged all the time so it's ready for use when you need it. Another fact you should unplug lithium batteries once full charged because its a fire risk at worst it can explode. Xtool say this is normal and not a fault, so be aware the tool is good value for money, but the lifespan of the tool will be short because of the battery issue.

I bought an Air Purifier AP@ October 31. It worked find for 2-3 weeks and then it started smoking. The first filter was plugged up and cannot get any return help via e-mail. I have tried several times to no avail. Can't a company care about a customer that spent $3700 do better than this?

The scanner is good, but no customer service if you have technical issues.

Brought X100pro2. Basically does not work at all. No updates available. Not supported on many vehicles and doesn't work on vehicles it does support. Waste of money.

Having purchased the Xtool M1 last year I ran in to an issue with the machine, I reached out to support for help.
The experience was truly second to none, I was partnered with Alisa to try and resolve my issue, and WOW this lady is the real deal!! What an asset to their company she is!
So patient with me, helping me through every stage to get my machine running again. When things didn't work out and I was about to concede that I needed to bite the bullet and consider buying a new one she told me that I could post for repair (no cost to me)
I jumped at the chance, and after a couple of weeks I received my M1 back.
Unfortunately it was still not working correctly. It had been explained to me that it was maybe going to be the case before...
But not to worry Alisa was at hand to help me again.
Two days later and I am now awaiting a replacement machine, at only a small cost to me.
The customer service, ALISA has been amazing and they should be very proud to have her as a colleague.
I look forward to making in the future, and can only recommend XTool as a company.
The ease of having a rebuilt machine, and the dedicated XCS site is fantastic, even for a novice like me.

These people are scammers. They sell products with free "lifetime" updates, only for them to cancel this after purchase and charge you a yearly subscription for further updates. No complaints department, no official returns procedure, they will just ignore you if you have a problem. I'm sure all the positive feedbacks are fake. UK Trading Standards are investigating. Buy if you want, but there are much better products out there, and definitely much better companies to deal with.

I bought an obd scanner from a customer return auction. the systems shows previous customer wrote to them to disconnect the client from system on that device,so I could log in to. Their answered to me :"Buy from us then we will help" but this is their company's product and I'm not asking for any guarantees, I'm just asking to change the customer on the system to the OBD scanner

This company is a scam. I purchased the A80 pro with free lifetime updates. Today, they have cancelled this and now require £250 a year to use the tool and update it. There are so many bugs in the software, without the constant updates the product fast becomes useless. Very untrustworthy company. Do not buy from this company.

Think twice about buying the A30M. It sounds great with free updates and extensive reset codes, but in reality it doesn't deliver much. I have a car sat outside suffering from a total loss of engine power and won't start. It should be showing up DTCs (diagnostic Trouble Codes) all over the place, but it doesn't appear to read any engine or fuel system data. Instead I have a report saying my Driver's Door Module, HVAC and Restraints module are fine etc.
So I contacted support. XTOOL WON'T SUPPORT ANY PRODUCTS BOUGHT ON AMAZON, EBAY, ALI EXPRESS, even though they are approved resellers. They will only support their own products if bought on their website. Why let others sell your product if you won't support it? Really poor.

I PAID FOR THE D7W... NEVER RECEIVED IT... NO REFUND... JUST EXCUSES... NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT... I LOST MY MONEY... THIS IS A COMPANY THAT SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF THE NET...ILLEGAL...

Terrible service, they'll take your money fast but you'll never receive it. Tried to contact them, through evey possible means but they are blanking me. It doesn't matter where you buy it from, xtool.com or UK they are thieves.. Still not received my xtool d7w. No refund nothing... DO NOT BUY ANY XTOOL PRODUCTS.. After service and customer service is no existent...

Purchased the A30M after contacting their sales/tech dept to ask if it could reset the TPMS & Oil service on my 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse and was assured that it would but after using it found that it wouldn’t do either, it’s not much better than a £30 code reader so be careful before you buy, I’ve been in touch with them and they said now that those functions are unsupported (WASTE OF MONEY)

Auf meine E-Mail kam bis zur Falleröffnung bei Paypal keine Antwort. Eine Stunde, nachdem der Vorfall bei Paypal gemeldet war, bekam ich eine 1-Sterne Bewertung von einem Fake Profil (Marc Smith; 0 Aktivität, keine sonstigen Rezensionen) auf mein Unternehmenskonto bei Google.

Würde es minus Sterne geben - ich würde eine 5- geben.

Das Gerät ist ein absolutes Montagsgerät! Wenn man genau arbeiten will - ist die Kamera absolut deplatziert und unbrauchbar. Der Air Assist löst sich einfach immer wieder, dadurch ist das Gerät bereits 2x abgefackelt.

Mein Billig - China - Vorgängermodell war mir um einiges lieber!

Zum Kunden Support möchte ich festhalten: Der Support kümmert sich einfach nicht um irgendwelche Belange des Kunden. Um das Gerät doch noch irgendwie nutzen zu können, habe ich Ersatzteile bestellt! Nach 4 Wochen Lieferzeit (Man bedenke den Bestellausfall der Weihnachtsbestellungen) habe ich nur die Hälfte der bestellten Ware bekommen. Naja, nachdem die Antwort des Kundendienstes auf sich warten lässt - wie immer, darf ich jetzt meinen Kunden sagen - es gibt nix!!!

Purchased a D9 Pro. Arrived within two days. A great saving not only on the purchase price but no delivery fee's, VAT or import tax oh and not forgetting a couriers admin charge that the likes of DHL screw you on. The tool is good quality, quick to set up and the wireless facility is a great option. Have tried on a couple of older vehicles 2004 /2013 Vauxhall/ Citroen not really had much success. options seem limited for the older vehicles. But looking forward to trying some newer models see how it goes. It was a tough decision to make due to the amount of scammers and fake goods but in all fairness, service up til now has been exceptional.
