thinkcar diagnostic tool is an excellent product that is backed up by outstanding customer service!
Unfortunately i did have a problem with my tool but customer service and the technical department were quick and prompt to help me resolve the issue and in the end they agreed to send out a replacement product .

I would give 0 stars if I could, what a complete rip of thinkcar 689bt, so no topology mapping as was promised in nov25 and march26, bought for that reason and to reset my dpf, first thing I tried failed, tried to reset my 2021 Vw crafter DPF guess what “vehicle not comparable” contacted thinkcar and just been getting fobbed of, states contact them to request return, I have 30 days to return regardless but will not accept a return, been trying to return for two weeks as not suitable for my vehicle and constantly being told to do stuff when all I want to do is return, going to seek legal advice and have a representative contact them as a normal customer just gets nowhere. Complete joke company, just do your research on social media, thinkcar is all over it for not providing functions they advertised.

Use the device twice and the next time I used it within 2 days of owning it it went into a boot loop. Use their online system to do a ticket and no reply. Used the chat function and was told it would take an engineer several days to be able to tell me if the device had a problem. Told them that it obviously had a problem since it won't boot. They then wanted my email address and said that they would get back to me within 24 hours and that I shouldn't get upset. Told them I can't do business that way and doing business with someone like this is not the preferable way of doing business. I don't have much hope with this and I think it's going to end up getting returned. I think that if you're going to buy one of these you need to do it through Amazon rather than direct because at least you could return it with no problem.
