Had warrantee but couldnt find paperwork but they sent anyway

Gaming chair replacements
My son’s gaming chair broke near the base. Even though it was out of warranty, the customer service team sent replacement parts to make it good. They responded swiftly and the parts arrived within three days. Amazing service.Thank you.

Good desk, but broken LEDs
While I enjoy my desk, it unfortunately came with one entire side of LED's not working. I wish the LED lights were not broken. The wireless charger also does not charge my phone despite the lights being on. It's a sturdy solid desk and decent size. Id recommend checking the LEDs fully work prior to assembling..

We had problems with Xrocker customer service with no contact. However since I have been contacted now, the problems have been sorted and I must say that XRocker have been great resolving the issue.

Haven’t received although company has replied and has updated saying courier would deliver the next day it did not turn up and still awaiting on them getting back to me.
Update* I appreciate the reply and although the outcome I didn’t want as I’d have preferred the product but very quickly refunded so thank you I have changed rating as it is the courier at fault not the company.

Very reassuring purchase process. Chair is comfortable, easy to assemble, quality of sound is second to none, aesthetically beautiful, made with exceptional quality, and a perfect way to complete a dream gaming setup. It literally feels like an entire arcade folded into one chair, but with the comfort of an armchair. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Beyond impressed
I bought an X Rocker gaming chair second hand, and then accidentally broke the electronics on the side panel. I reached out to X Rocker asking if I could purchase a replacement panel, and they sent out a new one free of charge. I had not expected this level of support and decency from a company in 2026. The fault was completely mine, and they had no obligation to help me, yet they did. I am beyond impressed.
