I though X Rocker would of been of a…
I though X Rocker would of been of a good standard, previously purchased items. Bought the Gaming desk for my son, terrible instructions, and the quality was not what i was expecting at all. Would not recommend this desk and dont believe it will last very long at all.

Brilliant after Sales Support
My X Rocker chair developed a fault after 19 months of use. Sophie at X Rocker was very helpful and arranged for a spare part to be sent. It arrived very quickly after a few days. Thank you Sophie and X Rocker for providing excellent after sales support :)

I Bought a gaming chair for my 10 year…
I Bought a gaming chair for my 10 year old son after he had an xrocker junior one since he was 6 so it was time for an upgrade to adults one that he could use for his gaming laptop as well as consoles . Unfortunately a problem occurred after 7 months with the mechanism that adjusts the back . I spoke to customer services who contacted me back after few days and they was happy to send out a replacement chair which my son is very happy about . Great service thank you so much Gareth 🙏

Same product 2 different prices.
Paid £339.99 off website on sale with mattress included. Just seen on amazon same bundle £292.00. Ok the product seems ok. But prices are way you. Its gone back up on the website now. And still its free delivery on amazon. They should be same price on over a 100 pound dearer. Buy of amazon. Not direct. I hope people see this and save them selves some money like i could have done.

Raised a support call for some replacement bed slats and excellent response. They are sending out a few spare free of charge. Otherwise bed and two units we have are excellent - highly rated

Had a problem with a chair base and contacted them to order a replacement, I found that the staff members Britney, Gareth and Sophie were very helpful.

Be aware you are charged for returns
Make sure what you are buying is exactly right. I bought a desk for our grandson. Unfortunately it was to big to fit the space he had. I was charged £25 to return it which was deducted from the refund.

We're sorry to hear that the desk wasn't quite right for your grandson's space. We appreciate that it's difficult to be certain of the fit until the item is in place.
As the desk was returned because it was no longer suitable rather than due to a fault, the £25 collection fee was deducted from the refund in line with our returns policy. We do our best to make these charges clear before purchase and throughout the returns process, likewise, our website is fully furnished with dimension information for each product we sell.
We appreciate your feedback and hope your grandson is able to find a desk that fits his space perfectly. If this happens to be another X Rocker desk, please feel free to reach out to us before you order, as we can offer a 10% discount off your next order via our website.

Customer service times are abysmal. 10 days to hear a reply.
I just wanted to know two things. Do they have spare parts and how much are they. After going backwards and forwards over the span of 5 weeks, asking for proof of purchase and warranty etc.( my chair being over a year old is out of warranty) I was told in the end that there is no way to purchase spare parts. I was told they are currently “looking in to it”.
After operating for 20 years, you would expect them to sell spares at this point.
I’ll be going to secret labs for my next chair.
