I got a gaming bunk bed the led light are unbelievably good at night and day and the shelf’s make it look so good

good value of money, quick delivery.

Arrived quickly and undamaged. Opened today 16.7.26 for Grandsons birthday and he seems very pleased with it

Ordered a gaming bed with mattress 2 days ago, the bed has arrived but no mattress hasn’t. It doesn’t specify on the website that mattress isn’t shipped with the bed. Sent email and rang customer service to be told mattress is shipped separately. I had took old bed down and gave it away with mattress. So now my son has nothing to sleep on until this mattress arrives. Still customer service wasn’t much help at all no time frame of when mattress will arrive or any apology of sorts. I ordered directly from the xrocker website. Who sends a bed with no Mattress let lone not mention its 2 separate shipments. So I feel stuck in limbo as have no clue on when mattress will arrive. Not an email or anything with any dates times. Quite disappointed in all honesty

Bought my son a TV gaming bed. Its good quality and easy to put together.

I was given great support by the team to source missing parts for my sons bed after a home move and saved buying a new bed , this has been extremely helpful at this time , shout out to Sophie , Britney , and Gareth 🤩

The product itself is really good, well built. But I had a wrong part in the box and when I reached (or tried) to get in touch with customer service? Well that was when it went down hill fast! No response, empty promises, lies all for ONE replacement part. So we had a bed that couldn't be used for THREE months because they didn’t want to help or lied and said they had “shipped the parts”. When asked when it will arrive? “We dont ship parts and they wouldn’t have told you that!”….so IM THE LIAR???
In the end, the place I bought it from, sent a replacement, we ripped the package open on the streets and they let me take the part I needed then took the new one away with them.
Its a shame, because if you get the right parts, its a REALLY good product and well built, looks great but if you don't (as a few people on the reviews mentioning the same part missing), then…good luck to you….you'll need it!

*UPDATE* Just an hour or so after this review, I got a phone call from Sophie and explained they had a whole new CS department.
What can I say? Brilliant! I was VERY happy with their response (wasn’t expecting one) and outcome!

Bought mid sleeper for my 9 year old with tv bracket attached which was perfect for his small room. He absolutely LOVES it. Looks really cool in his room, needed 2 people or at least someone a bit DIY savvy and patience to hold it together and put it together. Would consider buying from this brand again

Quick delivery and a nice looking product. Only been up two nights but our son said it’s comfortable.

Emailed them as purchased a used chair and it didn’t come with the cables. They offered to send free of charge

The bed we ordered was brilliant quality and my son absolutely loves it, was skeptical about having a metal bunk bed but this is brilliant. Unfortunately due to a major leak in my son’s bedroom we had to dismantle the bed for a long period of time and when we started to reassemble discovered we had misplaced all the screws and bolts! I contacted customer service to explain my issue and they were fabulous, particularly Brit, Gareth and Sophie! Brilliant quality and brilliant customer service.

So so helpful and very quick replies!!!

The bed i ordered is very nice. The Quality is great, It looks great and I sleep in it well. Though, I would change out the angled metal ladders, as they hurt your feet, and if your feat start sweating/are sweaty, it's easy to slip. Other then that, the product itself is great, staff we kind, and the delivery service was amazing. Solid 5 starts from me. I would also love the enter the makeover giveaway.
