I have a chair from 2020. WOW! THE HELP ON OFFER!
I have a chair from 2020.
Been dead about 2 years, I decided to get to the bottom of it.
Turns out I needed a replacement legacy item (control panel).
I searched high and low and even contemplated a bypass system.
On a limb I sent an email to XRocker support team.
Within moments, I was responded to thoroughly and next day I was sent a replacement FREE of charge!
How can you argue with that!
Wow! Thank you!
More companies should pride themselves on building things to last to get full value for money like Xrocker do.

Great customer service and good products
I ordered a gaming table and chair for my son. I contacted x rocker on experiencing an issue with the chair and they responded quickly and professionally - replacing the chair without issue, which was very much appreciated. Needless to say my son spends endless hours sat on his x rocker chair, gaming on his x rocker desk. (Great quality product- thanks again)
