Did not receive the two beds I ordered!! been trying to contact the company since the 27th of April I still have no response,

I paid £950 for a bed which was delivered completely wrong size – I ordered a king and received what looks like a half king / incorrect frame. I’ve been left sleeping on a mattress on the floor for 3 weeks because of this.

I’ve tried contacting the company multiple times through their online chat but I’ve had no response at all and there is no phone number to call. Completely ignored after taking payment.

This is extremely poor service and unacceptable for such an expensive item. I would not recommend this company based on my experience as they have not resolved the issue or even communicated with me.

Finally received the correct part after 6 weeks and it’s faulty.
Still not one phone call from this company

Easy to construct, easy to adjust without having to get screwdrivers out. Comfortable and looks pretty cool.

Nice desk and gaming chair. Grandson really happy with them both. All delivered in a couple of days. No complaints here at all.

Really disappointed with the post sale care. Second X Rocker chair ordered. First experience very positive, but this time around the chair isn’t required and the company have completely gone quiet about arrangements for returns/ refunds. Support tickets/ chat bot queries don’t get responded too.

Left this a month to get reassurance that lighting stayed working.

Chair/desk delivered quickly and no bangs etc on boxes - could tell from internal packaging that this was going to be a quality product for birthday present.

Easily assembled / put together in about 20 mins max.

Lights on the chair/desk look fantastic and to say they are used by my 11 year old everyday
would be an understatement.

Absolutely awful customer service from XRocker UK. I requested a return before delivery and spent months chasing them through multiple support tickets and countless phone calls. Tickets were repeatedly marked as “Solved” without any actual response or resolution.

The item was eventually collected by their courier, BJS, completely untouched and still boxed, and tracking confirms they received it back. Despite this, XRocker have still failed to issue my refund or properly respond.

I have now had to begin chargeback and legal action proceedings just to recover my money. Avoid if you expect even basic customer support.

You delivered the wrong size bed. I have messaged lots of times and still my grandson has no bed. Sloppy customer service.

Package sellotaped up as though it was a return and resale. One of the legs the powder coating had chipped off.

Very pleased with the small double! My 12yr old son loves the design (matching his X Rocker desk and chair) and reports the mattress is very comfy (noting foam not springs). It's low to the ground, but that's not a bad thing!
Delivery good - but note the mattress may come a few days after the bedframe.
It was very easy to install - clear instructions and everything included.
The 'build' looks excellent - solid metal internal frame.
Only scoring it 4 rather than 5 - because only time will tell if it survives a teenagers abuse! But from what I can see, it's 5 star product :-)

Ordered a bedroom furniture set for our son which came within good time, however it came damaged and we’ve now been waiting over two weeks. We keep getting it can take up to two working days response we can’t ring them and we’ve had no replies to the emails we’ve sent. Awful customer service

Have a faulty bed whose LED lights do not work at all as advertised. Contacted support a month ago and despite logging multiple tickets, and attempting to call their 'support' number (which is constantly out of service) I have heard nothing back. I have since logged on to their website to find that the majority of my tickets have just been closed! No notification, no contact, nothing.

If you buy these products, be prepared to get zero support should they fail. It' s a real gamble.

Game chair was easy to put together, made of good quality materials and very comfortable. Sound quality was great. Obviously not as good as professional speakers / subwoofer, but for a game chair, definitely does the job.

Faulty gaming chair bought for a present filled in online problem procedure advised to wait a week and not fill out another form still nothing been a month now.

No phone numbers to chat with a real person also gaming desk has since developed a wobble will not be purchasing anything again from you

An absolute nightmare of a company bought 2 ergonomic chairs on one the tilt function has failed in less then 6 months.have been trying to get through to them for weeks did the online form someone called Sophie emailed to say send pics did that been weeks now no response! The reason I got the chairs was the tilt function was a must for my disabled teenager, what a waste of £150! To all the parents buying for their kids the products look good some are prices are brilliant but there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICES no way to get a refund or an exchange under the warranty when things go wrong!
