Ordered an Oracle LED Gaming Bed directly from X Rocker. We have encountered multiple manufacturing/fitting issues during assembly, including alignment problems and components not physically fitting within the frame dimensions.

Support ticket 186660 was raised over 9 days ago with photos and evidence attached, however we have not yet received a response despite follow-up attempts and attempted phone contact.

We are hopeful X Rocker will resolve this and will update this review accordingly.

I purchased the X Rocker Electra Bedside Table with Wireless Charging (Black) through Amazon UK, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product received.

The LED lighting system is defective. The colours are inconsistent, uneven, and clearly malfunctioning instead of displaying a smooth and uniform lighting effect as advertised. One of the main reasons for purchasing this bedside table was the gaming LED feature, so receiving it in this condition is unacceptable.

After fully assembling the furniture, it became obvious that the LED system was faulty, which made the entire experience stressful and frustrating. For the price paid, I expected significantly better quality control before dispatch.

I contacted X Rocker UK support on 24 May 2026 and was assigned Ticket ID 186995, but this situation should never have happened in the first place.

The overall quality does not reflect the premium image shown on the website or Amazon listing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company unless they improve their quality inspection and customer support process.

Fast delivery, easy to assemble and great quality.

The delivery was good. Delivery guys were respectful of my property. Although I didn't sign for the delivery, a picture was taken of the boxes in my home and I was asked to confirm my name by one of the delivery guys after they had delivered the bed.
Putting the bed together was OK. The instructions fairly easy to follow up until step 16. It would be very useful to know that the customer will need to flip the frame over to attach to the gas pump frame.
Once built and in place the bed is very sturdy but sleek. Very happy with my purchase.

Horrendous customer service. Impossible to get in touch with anyone from x rocker UK. Had to contact them via the finance company.

Ordered a bed which got delivered the wrong address, which is obviously Yodel's fault but x rocker have been no help whatsoever! Not able to get through on the phone, can only speak to a bot on the chat, dont reply to emails, tickets have been raised with no response, I have now started a dispute through PayPal 5 days ago and still no further there because x rocker arent replying to messages! Beyond furious with the whole situation and I'm out of pocket until its sorted.
Bit of advice - order x rocker furniture through another website such as argos.

We purchased the Electra bed and bedside table. Overall we are happy with the products and they were easy to assemble. However, one of the LED lights on the bed is defective and we have been trying for nearly a month to get a response from XRocker customer services.

Two webforms completed. AI bot chased twice and yet more ticket-IDs issued. Tried to phone them, but their phones remain out of action. The customer service and support for these products is spoiling our experience and letting the company down.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Appalling, non existent customer service, completely ghosted, now left with an item that appears was a return and resale with damaged and marked fittings. Absolutely no chance of getting a refund from this company, so if you order from them just pray there are no issues otherwise you will be out of pocket!!
Have used xrocker before with no issues but never had to raise an issue before, this experience means I will never buy from them again and will take my custom elsewhere. Absolutely shocking way to run a company!

The part of the LEDs on the drawers stopped working, I raised an enquiry on 18/3/26 and got a reply asking me to try various things to resolve it, I did and replied them (as requested) to say it hadn’t been rectified. No response, allowed time for response then raised again on the 20/4 26 under existing ticket number, no response. Raised again under same original ticket number, on 8/5/26, still NO response! Can not speak to anyone, I have been more than patient, fed up with the lack of response and customer service. I want this resolved the drawers were purchased end of September barely 5 months old. Customer service is non-existent.

We bought a bed on the 4th of May. When it was out for delivery, the driver refused to deliver to our address — even after being told it was literally 10 yards back up the road they had just driven past.

Since then, there has been no communication regarding a redelivery or refund, despite tickets being submitted through the website.

We have also been trying to phone every day since the 12th of May, only to be met with an automated message telling us to use the website.

Absolutely shocking customer service.

Transaction fine, delivery fine, building the unit straightforward, and the build quality is good overall but a couple of minor issues, the lower unit door closes but it's on the tight side and the door handle thread was too large for the screw provided so had to make my own.

Customer service is amongst the most disappointing I have ever experienced. Phone line is unprofessional, response time is unacceptable. We were intending to order several more items but will not based on our experience.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Raised a ticket on the 1st May (18th at time of this post) for a damaged part of furniture. Raised it via the ticket process on their website, followed it up with an email, attempted to call them three times, they apparently recorded my call details to call me back (they haven't) messaged them via Instagram page (which they post regularly on) taking to Trust pilot in hopes that someone will see it and take note. Disgusting really.

Did not receive the two beds I ordered!! been trying to contact the company since the 27th of April I still have no response,

I paid £950 for a bed which was delivered completely wrong size – I ordered a king and received what looks like a half king / incorrect frame. I’ve been left sleeping on a mattress on the floor for 3 weeks because of this.

I’ve tried contacting the company multiple times through their online chat but I’ve had no response at all and there is no phone number to call. Completely ignored after taking payment.

This is extremely poor service and unacceptable for such an expensive item. I would not recommend this company based on my experience as they have not resolved the issue or even communicated with me.

Finally received the correct part after 6 weeks and it’s faulty.
Still not one phone call from this company

Easy to construct, easy to adjust without having to get screwdrivers out. Comfortable and looks pretty cool.
