One of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with. Absolutely love their products, so well made, gorgeous look and feel, perfect for my iPhone 15 Pro Max. The main reason I first went to XOUXOU was because I’d had my previous iPhone stolen by a pickpocket. I now feel so safe carrying my iPhone in a XOUXOU phone necklace with a secure lanyard or a rope. Have bought multiple and want one in every colour combo. Another reason to go back is their awesome customer service & always prompt deliveries. Love, love, love!!

Ich habe ein Case reklamiert was innerhalb in 2 Wochen defekt war und mir wurde von Nejra nur ein Gutscheincode in Höhe von 10% erstellt, das finde ich nicht fair. Ich hatte mir gewünscht ein Ersatz zu erhalten.

I would recommend to everyone. Just got my order, had to wait a few days but it wasn't long and I'm in love with the product. It's high quality and made to last years – I had a lot of phone cases and they were not very durable. This one is more endurable and definitely will last a long time. Also, wasn't sure about lanyard and rope, but it's actually convenient to just wear a phone this way. Love it and will definitely order again! 😍

Be very careful when you order from international. This company charges you a full premium DHL shipping cost and just does not send the goods. It is the second time that happened to me. I have reached out to customer service but they are hopeless. a standard answer with not responding. It has been almost a month and my order has not even shipped. I would never order from them again!
