Disappointing service
I love the products and am a repeat customer. However, this time, my product didn’t arrive even after one month. When I contacted them, they requested that I write a signed letter promising that if I received the product after they sent a replacement or issued a refund, I would return the product at my own expense. That was their condition. Fortunately, my product was returned to them, and I received a refund. But I have never encountered such an unreasonable service before! While I love the product, I am hesitant to spend any more money until they improve their customer service.

The BEST phone case I ever had
The BEST phone case I ever had! I’m using same case for 2 years now and it looks like brand new! And believe me I’m not a delicate user. Not mentioning the necklace + headphones set that are so convenient while traveling! Still a bit scared to trust magnet wallet, it slided off few times, so maybe that could be improved. Neverthless I bought the case for my mum and my husband and they love it as well. You do it well xouxou !

Beautiful products and a great idea
Beautiful products and a great idea - being a new mum, being hands free has become invaluable. It would be great to have a muted rose-pink neutral shade as well as the taupe (I've also got the clear blue and deep green colour ways). I prefer the slim lanyard, which is lovely and silky, to the rope lanyard that I first purchased, although both are great. I first bought from xouxou after eyeing up a friend's one. The price point is very steep but I searched high and low for an alternative and couldn't find anything, so I guess it's fair enough! Definitely worth it with the International Women's Day month-long 30% off!!

Order to Athens, Greece - Return and exchange
I placed an order a few weeks ago, and was happy to see that it arrived before the estimated date. Unfortunately, I realized that I made a mistake and reached out to the customer service team in order to arrange a return and exchange. An issue arose concerning the shipping of the products from my part, but their responses through the whole process have been extremely swift and accommodating and we managed to find a solution very fast!

Unfortunately there was a delivery issue whereby I didn't receive my package. When I mailed them on a Saturday, I received feedback on the first working day (Monday) from Nejra. Eventually they sent me a new package, even though it wasn't their fault.
