I bought two I phone covers- unfortunately in the wrong size. Contacting the customer service the Xou Xou staff was mor than generous and replaced the cases immedeately.

After a bit more than one year of not daily use one detail of the lanyard was dysfunctional. I‘ve contacted the customer service and got a quick and friendly response and a replacement offer and a fast shipping. Thanks!

I have ordered already quite some xouxou chains. These are really nice and come in all colours and sizes. I had experienced a problem with some of the chains being used too much at one point, that one of the key elements would get detached. Reaching out to the Customer service, they were always a great help and could replace the broken item.

I have been using Xouxou phone necklaces for couple of years and I must say they are perfect. Very good quality, beautiful colours and what is most important, they can go with any outfit!
With my last order I had a supergood experience with their customer service. Answers came really quickly and made me feel that they really care about their customers.

Their customer service is shocking. I placed an order and immediately realised that I had somehow ordered a case for the wrong model (my own fault, but the website should not suggest other products that are for a different model from the item you are viewing, not very user friendly). I sent an email (3 minutes later) and asked can my order be changed or cancelled, their policy is that it cannot, as “the package is already being packed and labelled by their shipping partner.” This obviously was not true but I left it as I recognised that I had made a mistake in not double checking. I received the product, submitted a return request and returned the item at my own cost. They “never received” my item, never refunded me and claimed there was nothing they could do. I’ve initiated an investigation with the courier to locate my item, but at this point I’m out €50 for absolutely nothing.

Even IF everything above was true, even if it was impossible to change my order and the return was never received, their product is obscenely expensive for a company with such shocking customer service. I wanted to order from a smaller company instead of supporting Amazon but in the future I would never bother.

Ich habe nach und nach 4 Hüllen bestellt. Die Qualität wird von Hülle zu Hülle echt immer schlechter. Die Farben auf der Homepage entsprechen nicht im Ansatz dem was geliefert wird. Ich möchte die Hüllen meiner letzten Bestellung reklamieren und retournieren - ich soll die Rücksendung selber bezahlen- sorry nicht euer Ernst! Auf E-Mail keine Reaktion! Aber täglich nervende Werbung!

Liefert das was ihr anbietet und nicht Farben die total verwaschen aussehen! Das war definitiv meine letzte Hülle von Euch!

I have already made two purchases and plan to make more! The products are really high quality and the team is always ready to respond to the customer's needs and meet them exceptionally well. Don't hesitate to contact them: they respond within a few hours, always have a solution and are always very friendly! I cannot award more than 5 stars to this review, otherwise I would have done so!

I‘ve been a loyal customer to Xouxou since day one. It just felt right to purchase the product over the tonne of knockoffs out there. I do also understand that they might think they have to update the design and it looks beautiful in images. However the quality has gone down terribly. The rope is slimmer, the phones are getting heavier. Customer service is rude and I am saddened to report that isn’t worth the price they’re charging.
