Ich werde seit Wochen mit dem Newsletter zu gespamt! Nach Abmeldung kamen noch mehr!
Mehrere Beschwerden auf der Seite, es passiert nichts.
Blöd, obwohl die Produkte eigentlich schön sind, aber sowas vermiest natürlich sämtliches Shopping Erlebnis.

Excellent customer service , except from the quality of the products ! I made a wrong order , by my mistake , and they accepted it back in order to resent the right one without any further financial penalty (which I could accept since it was clearly by my mistake) .
Excellent time response both at customer service and at receiving items .
It’s the third time I choose xouxou for my iPhone (different models each time) and for one more time I would definitely recommend it !

Xouxou verstuurt met UPS, nooit eerder meegemaakt dat wat ik bestelde niet werd bezorgd. Nieuw blijkbaar en de slechtste bezorgdienst ever!! (beaamden ze op het ophaalpunt, check de reviews!) Ik heb bericht gekregen over het ontvangen van mijn pakketje, heb echter nooit een pakketje ontvangen, dit is in een heel ander dorp bezorgd volgens de track en trace. Waar precies werd niet vermeld en heb ik zelf uit moeten vogelen.De klantenservice van Xouxou reageert niet heel snel op mails! Toen er wel werd gereageerd werd er tot mijn stomme verbazing gezegd dat het tien minuten verderop is bezorgd (toen wel met locatie) en dat dit gelukkig niet zo ver is voor mij vanaf mijn locatie, oprecht, hier zakt je broek van af . Nooit eerder problemen gehad met Xouxou, maar dit is wel de laatste bestelling geweest.

I got a problem with side buttons - so hard to press the volume, screen lock button - so when I use my phone to pay in shop I need to take off the case on each time… to the point I take it off completely. Shame as for £60 odd pounds I expected perfect fit at least..

Amazing client service. I've encountered a problem with an item I purchased, so I texted them and they immediately sent me a new item without any further questions or even asking to send the damaged item back. Also swift delivery and super user friendly purchase process. The stuff is generally high quality too, this item was the only time I've had problems, other orders were all prefect.

Several years ago I ordered multiple products from XOUXOU. It took a while but I received the phone cases and cords. I gave some as gifts.
In March I ordered a new case and cord for myself. It has never come. I keep getting emails asking for the details, saying they are moving their warehouse. For three months this has been going on. Now they tell me that they had to cancel my order because they are moving their warehouse. It is quite disappointing! I don't know what to do.

The case rope I had bought only a few months ago broke (the carabiner). After having written an email, xouxou not only answered immediateley, apologized but offered me a new one for free. Very efficient and good service.

I love the designs and this brand, been so keen to get the set (iphone and headphones care and lanyard). I was first very happy in the beginning, but after using it for ONLY 3 WEEKS i noticed the sides of the case started to peel off. I have had phone cheap cases and it lasted me for months or years without getting defected. But would expect such a premium brand to provide with quality items that at least have longer period of durability. Very disappointed

Bestelle schon Jahre bei Xouxou und bin immer sehr zufrieden. Die Farbvarianten sind einfach unschlagbar schön und die Handyhüllen passen wie angegossen. Selbst bei Fragen an den Kundenservice wurde mir innerhalb von 24h geholfen. Bin baff und freu mich schon auf die nächste Lieferung.

I had 2 cases from last year, for my mom and me, and while I enjoyed them a lot the hooks on them broke. I ordered new ones and made a mistake with the phone model. Xouxou had amazing communication - they replied to me right away, helped resolve the issue and also refunded the previous cases. I am very satisfied!

I’m in love with this brand. Not only do they produce incredible products, but they impeccably assist clients with everything they need. I’ve been buying things from them for the last four years and I’m totally satisfied.

Die Abwicklung der Reklamation war sehr schnell und unkompliziert, sehr kulant und freundlich. Nur der Hinweis auf die neue Adresse hat nicht direkt geklappt, glücklicherweise war eine Korrektur noch möglich, top 👍.

Very good quality product. I had my first iphone case and phone neckles many years ago. They are decorative and they keep my iphone close to me. Just bought a new one for the latest phone.
Company is very professional and generous.
Highly recommended! Much better quality than cheaper copy versions.

Looks great on first purchase but after one month’s use the paint is rubbing/chipping off the case giving it a permanently dirty look. Would not recommend at all
