The part arrived much sooner than I expected, and the troubleshooting and installation instructions were very helpful. These folks definitely have some expertise!

XeMODeX's replacement Mercedes GLK DEF tank sensor was much better constructed than the OEM Bosch part, and significantly less expensive than the replacment part from Mercedes. Was an easy install for my mechanic with the excellent documentation provided by XeMODeX.

Parts were well priced.
Arrived within Australia in 3 working days with no extra charge.
Joshua in tech support was very knowledgeable and very prompt at replying to technical queries.

Excellent service from beginning to end. I had my Volvo ABS module repaired by these guys, and the process was simple and fast. They're a little pricier than some other guys, but it's well worth it. They know their stuff and the vehicle has been working perfectly since I got my module back.

I Honestly hope you post this. 1rst off. I sent the ecu to Mississauga for a repair. They said they have the software to repair or atleast try. From the get go they called to say they recieved the ECU as instructed from their web page. Then I didnt hear anything for over 1 week. When I called it seemed know one knew who was repairing my ECU? I was told then they would get back to me..so again a couple of days later, no call no answer? I called she said (and I'm not going to name people but I do write these things down.) , that my ECU required parts that they had to order them. It would be a couple of days longer and they will call me and keep me updated..ok that's good I understand. This is when It goes sideways...in a couple of days no call do I call I complain they assure me it's being repaired. Then I call again in a couple of days and I'm told the part is done and it was shipped.
Once I recieved the ECU I had it installed and low and behold the same symptoms as before and even other issues with my vehicle that were not there prior to their attempted to repair.
I called the tech service department and he told me to give him a day so he could locate the person whom did the diagnostics and repair. I was assured they tried everything to repair it. They also told me that it could be a mechanical issue with my vehicle. Ok that part is ok and the attempt in their eyes was valid. I accepted this..no issue. The correspondence was through email. I was told that it was a marked as UNSUCCESSFUL! and he assured me of a total refund aside from partial shipping. I said ok.
So I think that this sounds fair and I appreciate the time and energy and costs of their company etc.
So here we go again 3 days later no refund. Two days after that no refund. Then another email sent and a replay stating it has gone into another department for processing and they would look into it?
Hmmmm I smell bull crap! So now I send an email in my defence stating I hope that the refund has been processed soon and that I have kept all the email correspondence just in case of legalities. Fair statement I thought. If they choose to refrain from the refund, after quote "stating a refund" then I have copies of said correspondence in case I do need to contact legal on my behalf. This wasn't meant as a subtle threat it was a statement saying that if I so desire to defend myself I have proof.

This was the email I got back from them.

"The refund was processed on our end yesterday, so it's in the hands of your bank. Feel free to make not-so-subtle legal threats to them, though I'm not sure it will go very well."

So I doubt this will be posted..however I'm giving you a one star rating on behalf of the employees who worked on my part and did their best. As for the person whom I've dealt with..good luck in your future endeavors..as you have alot to learn about customer service.

I recently had the misfortune of being a Canadian owner of a 2005 Audi A6 which needed to have the ABS module replaced. After many long hours of research I discovered XemodeX, and they came to the rescue. I have seldom experienced such a high level of customer service and expertise, especially when automotive related. Amazingly low price combined with one day turnaround of my ABS module, highly professional packing and freight arrangements with Fedex, and a lifetime warranty. I was in the import auto parts business for 30+ years and would have given anything to have had their staff on my side.
