Website selection had a repair button for my module, I selected the option, prepaid for the repair and shipping, once xemodex received the module they said it had water damage and was beyond repair, after a $75 test of the module, if the company can't do a full repair then state it on the website, it should say "limited repair" or "we don't repair water damaged items", stating that on their website would have saved me $75, plus the cost of shipping to and from, and the wasted drive to the UPS store, along with a 1 month setback, basically thanks for nothing

The item after installation works. I found the written instructions lacking in some details. Had I not watched the video for a different but similar product, I would have been at a loss to understand completely with just the written instructions. I would have preferred to be able to choose from several shipping options to use a cheaper option rather than just the more expensive express shipping provided.

What a great company to work with. I called with questions and all were answered completely, very friendly and fast repair and return. I sent my module on Wednesday morning and had it back in my hand Monday afternoon.

Excellent service! My Volvo V70 ETM went bad. I twice ordered new modules from other companies and they both didn't fit. Research on Mathews Volvo forums led to XeMODex. I was given clear instructions on shipping and sent my module off to have a refreshing and invigorating vacation in Canada! The unit came back looking amazing and I popped it right back in the car and got it running for the first time in months! The plug and play aspect of this repair was crucial and ended up saving me probably close to $2k in repair fees. I was very quickly able to reinstall the unit on the car myself (30min max). I feel accomplished AND my car is running like a top! I'd use XeMODex again in a heartbeat.

The company provided insight and expectations up front. Great directions for submittal, and good on estimating time needed to make the fix.

One of our company trucks has been since October 2022. We have been waiting on a new transmission Module, which continually was delayed. We could not find a used part anywhere and then came across XeMODeX. We sent them our part to repair and they turned it around in 2.5 weeks! We have our truck back! The cost of the repairs was equivalent to a new part, but the warranty their work and we have a life time warranty. There is no downside.

I had my tcm crater on me while I was 12 hours from home while at work staying in my camper. I couldn’t find a part anywhere within North America for a reasonable price. The part new is around $700 if you’re lucky enough to find one and anywhere that had a used one (which probably would’ve been garbage anyway) was asking 3500-7000 dollars!! The gems at xemodex paid priority shipping and had my refurbished tcm back to me within 3 weeks for $1600!! I was able to just plug it in and drive away. They saved my ass!! Thank you

After 8 months you guys rescued us from buying a new truck. Thank you so much for what you guys did, we appreciate it soooooo much. Y'all are rockstars!!!

From the day I sent it in until I had it back was only 4 weeks. For as busy they are just for that part from the states and everywhere else, I think the turn around was great. The repair isn't noticeable unless you know where to look. It has been installed for two weeks with different types of driving and temperatures with no problems

When the chips were down and I felt as though I had no options to get my 2011 Chevrolet 2500hd driving again, due to a bad TCM. XeModex came through, rebuilt it and sent it back all within 3 weeks. For a part that GM and Chevrolet owners have been waiting on for 2 years, and still no ETA on new ones from dealers. Well done, fast,prompt expert service and attention to detail. I sent in my GSM for my 2014 Range Rover Evoque and you guys saved me a ton of money by repairing it. I am very appreciative you did what you said you’d do quick turnaround with the part. Very helpful video involving the disassembly of the part. I would not hesitate to refer you guys in the future. Job well done Thanks

Quick turn around

Repaired 2011 Mazda 3 TCM worked out great. Fast service and good price.

Was told by several computer repair facilities and dealership service departments that the TCM wasn't repairable. Sent it off to Xemodex and it was returned 2 weeks later. Installed it in my truck that had been sitting, undriveable, since late October. Have put about 500 miles on my truck since reinstalling the TCM with no issues at all.

Repaired TCM after 8 months truck sitting in garage waiting on GM. Fast turnaround and truck operating normal now, Thanks Xemodex!!!!!

They advertise 3 day turnaround. They had our TCM for 2 months with no communication. When we reached out to find out what was going on, we received no answer either by phone or email. When we finally talked with someone, they stated it would be finished and mailed that week. Another 2 weeks went by, with no communication. Again, we reach out and advise we want the TCM back and a refund. They advised that would happen, instead we receive the TCM back and supposedly fixed. In the meantime, we found another TCM and traded the truck in. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
