Found the link to this company while diagnosing the parking issue on my 2016 Fiat 500E. Key would get locked in the ignition and the shift panel would not light up. Dash code for transmission not in park and "Service electrical system". After figuring out the issue was with my parking pawl motor and learning that Fiat does not offer this part and would rather you spend $6000+ on a new transmission, I checked out XeMODeX. It proved to be a wise decision. The staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. They rebuilt the parking pawl motor at a cost of just over $500 that included the shipping both ways. Plugged in the rebuilt motor and instantly there were no more warnings or codes and everything was working quietly and correctly again. Took about 3 days that included sending it - rebuild - receiving it back. Tracking the package was easy. Thankfully we canceled the appointment at the dealer. Would definitely recommend this company if you are having this issue.

I contacted XeMODeX customer service to make sure they could test and repair my body control module. They were very friendly and assured me they could. Turn around was fast, barring a shipping delay getting to them due to bad weather. Overall turn around including shipping was under 2 weeks. Great company to do business

I cannot thank the team at XeMODeX enough. My 2015 Jaguar XF suffered water damage from a moon-roof leak that poured directly onto the gear selector, causing a 'Gearbox Fault' message and leaving the knob stuck in the down position. A Jaguar shop quoted me nearly $3,000 for a total console and fuse box check and repair. I pulled it out myself and sent my original selector to XeMODeX instead; they repaired it quickly and shipped it back. It was a perfect 'plug-and-play' fix—no expensive dealer reprogramming required. Highly recommend them to any Jaguar owner facing electronic issues! Excellent communication and much cheaper than the dealership. 10/10 service

I had my original TCM repaired and now the transmission shifts just like it always did before the TCM failure

The one code I wanted to be clear in the rebuild did not clear? Not sure why this occurred.

The Fiat dealership would only fix the parking pawl problem (Fiat 500e) by installing a new transmission for $11,350. Instead, I removed the parking pawl unit and sent it to Xemodex where they quickly rebuilt it (brushes and bearings). I installed the rebuilt unit and the car is working fine.

XeMODeX did a great job with my ABS/Hydraulic block on Honda Pilot. I spent 1/2 of what the OEM replacement hydraulic block cost and avoided the reprogramming. Great technical assistance on the phone as well. I shipped on Friday and had back on Wed, using the Express UPS option. Well done ExMODeX!
