20-yr old Chevy 5500 RV with HydroMax brake system - brake module went haywire - couldn't find local repair shop willing to even look at the issue (and was hesitant to drive it anyway). No such thing as a "new" module, even from GM - and ebay take-off's...no way. Nearly a month of off-and-on troubleshooting, and I learned more about EBC systems than I cared to. Tried three other "repair/rebuild" outfits in the U.S., but they all said, "nope." Contacted XeMODeX - filled out form - got confirmation back that they could do it - paid the fee, and got UPS shipping label in e-mail. Really quick-turn on it, but then the symptoms had changed to something equally inoperable. Absolutely NO issues with their warranty-return. Another quick-turn on the same module, and we now have a roadworthy RV again. Highly recommend both for shops and DIY'rs out there.

Had my Mercedes 722.9 transmission control module speed sensor replaced and the job was done quickly and professionally. It's been reinstalled for a few weeks and so far everything works great.

Service was quick and efficient, abs module was returned within 2 days of receipt at their facility and worked perfectly.

Professional, kind, courteous. These are just some of the traits that encountered with my recent experience of having my smart car, SAM module and dash cluster tested by them. It turns out it wasn’t the SAM module or the dash cluster. It was the engine control module, but having them do the testing and verifying led me to to determine what was wrong. I know that some other people have complained about their $75 testing fee, personally, I think it’s more than reasonable and the many hours that it saved me and the frustration that it saved me was more than worth it. Plus when they return them, they sent me diagrams and suggestions of how to find the problem and it turns out they were right, it worked. I found the problem with the engine control module shipped it to them and they repaired it Within 24 hours of receiving it and shipped it back to me. I got it the next day and was able to install it in the car the same day and had the car up and running after weeks of total frustration and feeling that my only option left was to have it towed to the dealer and take my chances with them. Sometimes and it doesn’t seem that it happens often enough, but you encounter people that are really really good at what they do and they happen to be pleasant to deal with as well, that’s the case here. I highly recommend them without the slightest hesitation whatsoever. They went out of their way to help me diagnose a really really difficult problem. That $75 testing fee I spent which included testing the main computer system and then testing it with the dash cluster as well was the best money I’ve ever spent, they earned every penny of it and much more. Thank you, Alan and the whole staff. Even the packaging of the return shipment was perfect. Professional all the way.!!!

Great experience with this company. Within less than 48 hours of placing my order, I had the part. They included print out of step-by-step instructions for how to install the part with colored photos and even provided specialized tools needed for the job. And you can't beat the lifetime warranty on the part.

Best customer service I have ever received from a company. Staff is very knowledgeable in their products/services. Send in ABS module to get repaired, received it back in less than a week. Will use their services for any future fixes.

Great communication before I even sent my unit along. I had a faulty JBE box for a 2010 Mini. UPS the device through XeModex on a Monday afternoon from New Brunswick Canada, it arrived on a Wednesday morning to Ontario, they repaired it and sent it back out the same day, and I had it back in my hands by Thursday at 5 pm. Car up and running perfectly by Friday morning

Staff very knowledgeable and responsive. They were able to run diagnostics on my Volvo CEM and restore without the need to have it replaced and reprogrammed.

My grandson (3) killed the battery in my Urus, thank god for XeMODeX cause a new battery is over 5K and not in stock. We send our battery out on the Friday and got it back less than a week later, everything works perfectly, incredible service!

I had an RNS510 that I thought was scrap. I found XeMODeX through a Google search. Having looked for a replacement radio I decided to Trust their website, sent my Infotainment Head to them. Approx $400 seemed steep. With no direct communication it was repaired and returned within 24hrs, precisely as they promised. Shipped on Friday, I received it Monday, installed it Tuesday and it functioned perfectly like new. Time will tell as to how long the repair will last. It was worth the extra dollars to have my VW Tiguan back to "original" condition.

2012 Mazda 3: Through a long process of diagnostics and YouTube, we discovered that we had an issue with the TCM (not the transmission, as the dealer claimed). The YouTube video suggested uninstalling the part and sending it to someone who could recondition it. XeMODeX is located nearby in Mississauga and was able to recondition the part. After fully reconditioning it, they returned it quickly. I think it was 8 days from the day we shipped it to the day we got it back. We reinstalled the part and it is working beautifully! Thank you so much! You saved us having to buy a new car!
