Since then Zinio has apologised and said it was a glitch.
Now my magazine has been downloaded.

No information = untrustworthy
Terrible search engine on the site. Had to use Google to search for the magazine that I wanted. Then went to purchase but no information on what I was actually buying - digital or physical copy. Only found out through reviews here that it would be a digital copy viewable only through their app. Could not find any info to that effect in their website. Will not deal with any company that is that opaque. Grow up and tell people what they are buying instead of being so shady.

Vendor did not clarify that product was available only on Zinio.
Purchased a digitized item from its author/publisher. Instructions were to download it from Zinio. It appeared on Zinio, but when I clicked on "download" nothing ever arrived. I went to try again, but then the "download" option had disappeared. After a lot of trouble I discovered that the item was only available to me through the proprietary app, Zinio. The vendor promised a "download" but did not specify that it was only viewable on Zinio. Three stars because Zinio is an app for magazine subscriptions and such, not downloading single standalone texts. Vendor never should have used Zinio.

This site is so easy to use for Magazine Subscriptions. But even more important, their follow up is excellent. They follow up with emails to make sure your issue was resolved, and are quite speedy in their replies.
I have been most impressed.
