Hello Wesley,
I’m very sorry to hear this. Please don’t worry — it sounds like the shoes may be a little too big for you, and we’d be more than happy to exchange them for a smaller size.
Please use our returns portal to arrange the exchange: Wide Fit Shoes Returns Portal https://returns.widefitshoes.co.uk/
I will also reach out to you personally to help with the process.
Your custom and satisfaction mean a great deal to us. Please note that the shoes can be returned as long as they are unworn and show no signs of outdoor use.
Kind regards,
Wide Fit Shoes
This is a great company
This is a great company. As someone who has struggled to get shoes that fit, it's been a lifesaver. The website selection is fantastic, and customer service is excellent. I have always had to buy a large shoe size for the width, which meant they never fit correctly and led to many painful issues.

My son has xx-wide feet and 4E is too narrow. Poor guy. Found wonderful high quality sneakers for him. They fit great and do not look like shoes for older folks (which is fine for many of us but not so much for a teenager).

New MX608BB5 6E
Have found the new MX608BB5 6E fitting new balance trainer a good replacement for the discontinued 624 and I am very relieved as there is no similar fitting shoe I can find of same quality available on the market to purchase. Trusting this purchase will prove to be of the same quality which only time will tell.. Thankyou
