Quality and comfort
Besides receiving my 6e width New Balance shoes only 3 days after ordering them my bunion now has the room it needs to spend all day in total comfort, the reason this is so important is that the alternative is an operation that will take me off my feet for quite awhile which is not an option, this is why I'm a repeat customer, thank you Wide Fit Shoes for quality and comfort.

Wide fit shoes is the way to go!
I ordered my first pair of shoes from Wide Fit Shoes and was immediately impressed! The website was super easy to navigate with a huge variety to choose from. The foot measuring guide was straightforward and extremely accurate. My shoes arrived quickly, looked great, and were comfortable the moment I put them on. For the first time ever, I ordered shoes online and didn't have to return them! Shoe shopping as a woman with wide feet can be so frustrating, but Wide Fit Shoes completely smashed it. I will definitely be ordering all my shoes from them from now on.

Horrible experience!
Horrible experience!! I ordered the Sketchers Tomcats which are no longer available in the USA. I specifically ordered the EE wide, they sent me regular width. And when I contacted them they responded with “sorry they didn’t fit, here’s how to return them”. I’m like no - you sent me the wrong shoe. Now they won’t respond to my emails any longer. So now I have to spend $20 to return them from the U.S. to the UK. Even though it was their fault!
A very shady operation.

Very satisfied
1. They arrived in a good time.
2. The size is correct.
3. They fit and feel very comfortable.
Unfortunately due to having no arch support and very flat feet, I need the wider toe box area and these were perfect. Now I know your available online I will use you again. Cheers

First-time purchase
This was the first time I had used this company. I bought online from their website which was straightforward to use and provided good photos of the goods available. The guidance on sizes was simple and clear, although it took a bit of effort to find. I was besieged with emails, both from the company and the courier (Royal Mail); the company's output could have been reduced by at least half. But the shoes arrived in good condition and were a good fit. Overall, I was pleased with them and will consider using them again in future.
