webike.net (Japan) have been fantastic.
I don't understand the bad reviews here as my experience has been been 1st class.
I ordered parts for my bike and was given a shipping date which they honoured to the day. I was then given a delivery date and my parts arrived on that day. I was given constant updates with regards to my order.
So glad I didn't take the advice of the bad reviews here. Had I ordered the same parts here in the UK it would have cost me over £450.00. The same parts from webike, all genuine Suzuki parts, cost me £138.00. Delivery was £30.
The website could be a little easier to navigate so perhaps this caused a few people problems. As for them cancelling orders, I think that's probably the bank cancelling their orders and not webike.
Those who recieved wrong parts, probably make sure you use the correct part number.
I will always be using webike from now on for any part I can order with them.

I tried to order a 14 teeth sprocket for my Honda Vt400 several times but although they every time claimed it was the correct part it was always the wrong part. Worst company, independent of product, I ever tried to order anything from so a big no no from me.

It was my first time ordering from Webike Japan for a taillamp assembly. I was rather hesitant after reading too many negative reviews. However, i kept my fingers crossed and went ahead with the purchase. The item arrived very promptly and in good packing condition.

Liars and thieves. Shipped me fake Arai shields with completely inaccurate color description then insisted I pay for return (international) shipping at a service much more expensive than they shipped them to me with in order to get refunded. So all my refund would be lost in the expensive shipping. Scum bags.

DO NOT & AGAIN DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM...waiting since Dec 10th 2020 ,now March 1 2021,no part!!! no communication,but they will take your $$$..No refund,A BIG DARK HOLE>>>>>>>

Ordered apart 10 weeks ago, still not received, and probably won’t!, won’t answer emails, not recommended, webike should be ashamed.
Can’t get refund.

I was going to order some parts but after all the negative reviews i will not be doing any business wit these PEOPLE and i will not recommend them to anyone else.

If I could give them a zero review I would. These guys are crooks. They advertise an item as in stock but after ordering the item and payment goes through they email to say item is out of stock and they are cancelling my order. They say refund will have several days ave they do not have any responsibility for any loss of money due to the exchange rate. Absolute thieves and I wish I'd seen all the negative reviews before placing my order. Stay away from this company!!

Ordered a part on the 10th and paid $40 for three day shipping. Requested to be refunded 5 days after being ordered, and they refused my refund even after the item not being shipped. Customer service this company isn't good or fair at all. If a company will not stand by the shipping methods listed and charge $40 for 3 day shipping for a $20 part and don't ship even after 6 days after ordering
not delivering on time that's the company's responsibility to keep their word, when charging customers for expedited shipping. If you value your money. Please shop elsewhere this company is a cheap customer service joke. Just trying to help simple people like myself that work hard for there money.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience. I ordered 3 things that were listed as in stock and only 1 was available. 1 was discontinued although it's still listed as of today. When I asked why they don't take it down, there was no answer. 2nd item needed to be reordered and would have taken around 1 month to deliver, only the 3rd was on stock..
Bad stock management, doesn't make me want to order again.. Website overall is not very straightforward, it's difficult to find things in the first place
