Fantastic experience personally.
Ordered a oem genuine Honda Fork tube and caliper bracket , which seemingly does not exist to buy outside of Japan.
Was wary, but the fact they allowed paypal payments says it all…..no postage and delivered in 5 days …can’t really get over how competent the process is compared to dealing with money leaching drones in this country.

Had a good experience
Had a good experience. Ordered 84 different bolts and fittings for my Honda. I had been a bit unsure based on limited reviewed. Paid £147 all in, no VAT due to item value being under £135. I priced up the same items from a well-known UK-based online parts dealer and the total would have been £400 for the same items. Ordered Monday and delivered from Japan the following Monday so a decent turnaround.

I used another parts catalogue and just searched the oem numbers, and that worked great.
Everything I needed for my 30 year old yamaha was there. Even OEM yamaha for model specific rubber parts.
Payment and delivery worked good. Recieved the package 9 days from ordering in Sweden.
Summary: Worth the hassle in webshop. Good parts, good price!

A first class service from WeBike!
It's a 5 from me. Excellent communication, great selection of products and fast delivery. I ordered a Yoshimura exhaust on 8 Feb, and managed to fit it yesterday. Slight delay with a public holiday and the weekend, but I was informed of the delay and received accurate tracking from FedEx. Highly recommended.

Low prices for OEM parts. The package sent quicker then promised. Everything received as ordered.
Not sure why other people complained. In my case it was fantastic experience: the price I paid for the parts was as many as 5 times lower then I could paid in Europe. Goods received within 10 days including custom clearance. I'm really satisfied.

I use a company called Garage T&F on webike Japan and can honestly say I have never had a better service, I order frequently and every time my order arrives within 10 days, I see a lot of complaints about webike but I personally have never had a problem, also if you are worried about ever getting a refund for any reason then just use PayPal to pay for goods, it's not rocket science people 🤷🏻🤦🏻

Le site web en lui-même est plutôt ashmatique. Les tarifs sont très intéressants, mais les frais de port et de douane sont conséquents. Je ne peux que conseiller de selectionner DHL pour la France métropolitaine afin d'éviter que Chronopost entraine ses joueurs de rugby avec votre commande.
Mais si malgré cela, vous aviez le moindre souci, vous découvrirez un service client à la patience et à la bienveillance infinie. Très impressionnant !

I bought a part from them, and after 3 months the part has not yet been delivered.
I asked many times for a cancellation as it is stated on their "Terms and Conditions".

If your order has not already been delivered, we can cancel it. Should you decide to cancel your order, please immediately contact webike with your order number.
If your order has already been processed, it may be too late to cancel the shipment. If so, simply return the item, and we will refund the purchase price. Unfortunately, the original shipping cost is not refundable.

This is a very big mistake, to buy something here...
A very big mistake to buy something here ... In the beginning, everything began so well, in the correspondence were polite and did not of trouble, made an order, paid, several parts in the warehouse were not, they counted the order and again withdrew money from my bank account when the order was formed and sent, a few days later the first amount returned. About 5 days, the parcel arrived at the Czech warehouse Fedex and the strangest thing began here. I was demanded by documents that I, as a buyer, could not have. I wrote on a WeBike that they would provide Fedex with the necessary documents, but Fedex still demanded some certificates or letters of refusal of certification from me (MTC certificate (Material Test Certificate (Mill Test Certificate)). Certificates are provided by the seller, I have no idea what goods they sell and what they sent. In the end, the parcel lay 10 days in the Fedex warehouse in the Czech Republic, no one provided any documents, and Fedex returned the parcel to the sender. I did not get a spare parts, they returned the money to me, for the minuses about 15€ (the difference in the exchange rate).
Never contact this store, headache and spent nerves are not worth the difference in price.
This is the review of the real buyer, not machinations of competitors, I could provide screenshots of all this muddy situation.
Delivery to the Czech Republic cost me about 70 euros, this is a third of the cost of the entire order, I haven't paid more than delivery anywhere...
I proposed to re-send the order with two parcels (restriction of 150€), pay for the delivery of two parcels, they even refused to watch out this option...
These are all the consequences of sanctions against russia, but they (russia) both earned and earn, because the laws need to not only be written, but also observed and control...

The shop was exactly what I was looking for. I ordered some parts for my 25- and 35-year-old Honda and Yamaha bikes. When one part turned out to be unavailable, I received a refund for its price and a portion of the shipping cost. During the order collection process, I contacted customer support and was able to add an additional item. They charged me for the added cost through PayPal. Even though my order only totaled 40€ with 12 items and the additional item only cost 3€, they treated me like a valued customer. The whole process was completely hassle-free and professional. The prices are dirt cheap compared to my local dealerships in Austria/Europe. It took roughly two weeks to collect all items, and then 8 days for shipping plus one weekend at customs. The tracking and status information for the order was also very good. I will definitely order from here again if I ever need parts.

Ordered a sump oil pan for my 21' MT09SP After it cracked, these guys not only got it from the manufacturer 7 days earlier, it was dispatched and at my door here in the UK with no customs charge less that 7 days later. I'm honestly gobsmacked. You've made someone very happy today, hmmm now I just need someone to fit it... ;)

$500 and 3 months later - no item
Spent $500+ AUD on a product and shipping. Product got to Australian shores and then stopped at "Sydney EMS" (according to tracking). I lodged a support ticket and was told that they would request Japan Post investigate, and to notify AusPost. AusPost in turn told me to notify the seller (WeBike) to investigate or request a refund. WeBike in turn told me that they are waiting on AusPost to speak to Japan Post. I bought the product 3 months ago... They won't refund my money unless Japan Post admits they lost the product, and have no ETA on the "investigation." Waste of money... Next time I'll buy direct from the manufacturer or make it myself... This sort of thing reminds me of why I won't buy online from overseas anymore...
