I have ordered a quick shifter. The shipping was fast and the traking process very accurate. The product is OEM. I was very pleased to see that webike have on their invoice a declaration that helped me to deduct custom taxes. Good job!

Got the parts in a week to Belgium. All OEM parts, way cheaper than here. No issues at all.

Very awful experience my order was supposed to arrive yesterday it has not arrived calling the transporter EMS they know nothing about it When I email webike they say it's not their problem

They selling missing parts steering damper on their website. Although I sent it back to have a replacement, they still sent back the same batch number item which missing the same parts. I can't install it on my bike so I have been wasted money on it. Also, they don't approve any negative reviews on their website and they never reply my e-mail after sent me the missing parts item.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE

I ordered a part for my suzuki GSXR 750, which was very hard to obtain in the UK and even if I could it was expensive. I ordered it from webike, at a fantastic price and it's a oem part so no problems fitting it. The delivery was very quick from Japan, just 4 days. Cannot praise them enough for there quick delivery.

I’m not sure why Webike Japan has so many negative reviews. I placed my order 7 days ago, the part arrived today to NY. It’s important to read the website ordering process carefully and follow it. You need to verify the part is available (regardless if the part page says it is) and if it can be shipped to USA. I sent the verification request, received a quick response it was available and can be shipped to USA. I placed the order, received a few emails confirmations and the part arrived quicker than expected. This saved me $100 from the lowest cost supplier state side. I ordered a OEM Honda part. No issues will use them again. Great find for me !!😀😀

J'ai acheté 2 vissés d'origines suzuki pour un prix défiant toute concurrence. J'aurais dû me dire qu'il y avait anguille sous roche.
Avec les frais de port, j'étais toujours gagnant.
Envoi rapide.
Je n'ai pas compris pourquoi le transporteur livrait contre signature pour deux malheureuses petits bouts de métal.
C'était tout simplement pour que je paie les frais de douane de 26€, soit le prix de ma commande totale, soit trois fois le prix des pièces.
Pas rentable du tout.
Très mauvaise expérience.
J'aurais aimé être averti des sur-coûts, j'aurais passé mon chemin.

I gave them 5 stars because its the max trustpilot can give to a site, and the reasons are:
1-Honda dealer were i live does not keep parts and i
have to wait months to get them.
2- Fast process of orders and shipping.
3- ways of Payment give customers to select the
most suitable which suit them
All these reasons gave me the chance to rebuild my Honda Goldwing 2019 fast and on time

My order of $1200 is sitting in a FedEx facility in Memphis, TN for the second week now because of a form that Webike japan will not submit. Very disappointed and extremely frustrating. I have contacted Webike numerous times with no help at all, FedEx on the other hand has been great. I can't get my money back and I have no idea when or if I will ever receive my items. I would not recommend Webike for anything.

Ordered a side case for my honda ct 110. It was available in the US for $193 which is high. They advertised it for $137 so I ordered it and waited nine days for them to tell me they had the part but honda would not allow them to sell it to me because I am overseas. Sounds like BS to me. It is not like some rare technology. I don't know what their game is but I won't ever waste my time again. I certainly would not recommend them either.

Bought a footpeg bracket for a great deal. New OEM part goes for over 279$ for 150$ well worth it. Shipped in less than a week I got it, exact match. No issues. Could've bought an aftermarket part but you lose the passenger peg and single women who want a ride would be very unhappy.

I see there are many bad reviews here as my experience has been been only possitiv.

I have ordered several orders for my bike and was shipped as informed, sometimes even faster than the estimate. The sales/support staff answeres email's and try the best to help you as customer.

I'm glad I didn't take the advice of the bad reviews here.

I will always be using webike from now on for any parts I can order with them.

I don't understand the bad reviews here as my experience has been been 1st class.
I ordered parts for my bike and was given a shipping date which they honoured to the day. I was then given a delivery date and my parts arrived on that day. I was given constant updates with regards to my order.
So glad I didn't take the advice of the bad reviews here. Had I ordered the same parts here in the UK it would have cost me over £450.00. The same parts from webike, all genuine Suzuki parts, cost me £138.00. Delivery was £30.
The website could be a little easier to navigate so perhaps this caused a few people problems. As for them cancelling orders, I think that's probably the bank cancelling their orders and not webike.
Those who recieved wrong parts, probably make sure you use the correct part number.
I will always be using webike from now on for any part I can order with them.
