Their website is clunky but the search works and items are fairly priced. If you need to contact them, the response may be slow. Item descriptions are sometimes incorrect, but if you check with the manufacturer it is often the manufacturer themselves who have the wrong information. As long as you are able to confirm part fitment on your own with some research and common sense, it is a great site for purchasing Japanese market motorcycle parts to another country, or locally in Japan.

Decent marketplace if you know what's good and what's not, but seller protections are basically non-existent and Webike will not step in if you have problems.

As a delivery service between sellers and buyers, a basic level of protection is essential. Otherwise, why wouldn't I just go to eBay or Amazon?

Ordered twice from this website and cannot fault the service,two separate orders and both arrived in just 4 days,better service than some UK national delivery services,would definitely order again without any worries.

For a motorcycle specialist business, these guys don’t know much. I purchased a new seat foam for my RZ 250 1987 and they sent me a seat foam for a 1983-85 model. When I followed it up with them they told me my bike is an RZR even after I photographed my frame ID plate and sent it to them. They just don’t want to provide a solution. What a joke.

Purchased twice from these with great results. 1st order took about 2 weeks to arrive and 2nd order took just a week. Fantastic OEM parts at a 3rd the price of local suppliers which would also have a similar lead time 🤔. I would recommend 👍

The store its has reability for the buy , the parts its original inside the original package , the delivery its very fast , and generaly its very positive experiance.

I was a bit scared by some one-star reviews here, but the parts I needed were impossible to find in my country, so I had no other choice and I decided to risk it. And I was pleasantly surprised to see all the correct parts arriving in less than a week (5 work days) at my door, in Europe.
I made sure to order parts that were marked as available on their website and chose the Fedex Express service, that took care of all the customs paperwork. All was trouble-free, professional. I'd recommend it, no doubt.

Ordered 2 Honda OEM Cam Chain Tensioners on a gamble (first order at WeBike). The price was very good, compared to local resellers (< 50%).

That arrived within a week at my front door.
Customs had to be paid with approx. 25% of the product price. (Netherlands)
Fedex dropped the package over the fence, so I was a bit worried...

But Webike packed the CCT's very, very well. So everything was completely fine.

Installed them, tested the bike, completely satisfied.

Decided to give Webike a go, really pleased with product, communication, packing and courier, 10 days from order to UK.

I've used these a few times now and always had great service.
I ordered Honda OEM parts and they were delivered to the UK in 3 days.
And cheaper than buying from the UK.
I will definitely be using them again.
Highly recommended.

Ordered several Honda Oem parts to Norway. I must say I'm absolutely impressed. Delivers within a week.

Terrible company. I had order a part and they send it to me for the wrong bike. I then sent it back for refund (from Europe) and they claimed that "the part had been mounted and was used" which was far from being the case, it was never used and as received in original package. They only refunded 1/2 and kept the other half. That was a great way to loose a customer and will never buy anything from them again. Very poor contact with them. They took days to answer a simple question. I would not even give one star to WeBike Japan. If they treat customer this way, they will not be in business for very long. Bad, bad, company. Do not buy from them, you will regret that purchase.

They sent my parcel without the company name i provided. The Fedex driver didn't take the parcel and instead said it was refused by me. This led to me getting 3hrs sleep after a 12hr night shift getting up an hour early and riding an hour to the depot and 35 minutes to work for another 12hr shift. I paid £53 postage for that. How hard is it to get the address right. Good prices but doubt I will bother again after their response to my complaint.

6 days ago they responded saying i didn't give a company name i replied with a screenshot clearly showing the address and company name. Today they responded saying the address they use is the one in the address book and that address did not have a company name this is after me sending them a screenshot clearly showing i had supplied everything. Either they didn't bother reading the last email or think double down is the best response. terrible attitude

Very happy with fast customer service. Everything with the order went as expected. Delivered to norway, no issues. Recommended.

Do not deal with Webike Japan! This business misrepresents items it sells. I purchased an item from Webike and it was grossly misrepresented. In the end, they expect you to pay for return shipping; although, it was clearly in their error.
