I paid for a subscription to run a giveaway ONCE. The next month I tried to cancel the subscription, since I didn't need it any longer, but there is NO option to cancel it on their website. I then sent these scammers an email asking for assistance to cancel it, got no reply and was still charged for the subscription I DO NOT use. I wrote to support again and still no answer.

DO NOT SIGN UP for WASK. I signed up trying to run a giveaway and there is absolutely NO WAY to cancel it. I’ve emailed them twice with no response. I’m going to have to cancel my card and get a new one all because of this company. They’re scammers. DO NOT USE.

Thieves! I don't have another word for this company - it turns out, they have been taking out $29 per month without my consent since April 2024!!!
I don't have an account with them, I haven't signed up to the app, I haven't used their services as I don't even know what they do, yet today, going through my finances, I noticed the payment and whilst speaking to my bank, it turns out they have been doing it for such a long time.
I have sent an email requesting an explanation and a refund, yet need to hear back.
Even giving 1 start feels too much.

No way to cancel my subscription? They have scammed me $15 that I won't get back please dont use this site. WASK CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION

I paid 15$ for a one time use in December 2024 for a giveaway and never signed on for monthly subscriptions and now going through my banking information I’ve discovered that I’ve been charged for 4 additional months at 25$ USD a month. I never signed on for any monthly subscription or was ever notified that I was, I only used the app once in December. They say cancellation is easy but there is no place within the app to manage subscriptions or cancel. When I go into my account there’s also no info on me or any credit card details within the app either. The transparency of this app is unacceptable and feels like a scam. I would never recommend this service to anyone and hope this situation can be resolved as I’d like to cancel any subscription they’ve put me on and be refunded for the past 4 months. I contacted customer service and am now waiting for a response.
Very disappointed with this app, use at your own risk.

This app feels deceptive. I was unknowingly subscribed to a monthly payment, and there was no clear way to cancel or delete my account from the website. While I eventually got support via email, it's unacceptable that such basic account management features are hidden or unavailable to users. Proceed with caution.

To make matters worse, they offered me an Amazon gift card in exchange for deleting this review. To me, that’s a huge red flag.

Comme tous les messages précédents, je vois des débits de 5 à 10€ depuis décembre alors que je n'ai souscrit à aucune offre payante.. Et je ne vois aucune mention à un abonnement, ni lien de désabonnement ou autre sur mon compte. J'ai tenté de les contacter, on verra... (Mais la note reste 1 étoile dans tous les cas, puisque j'ai vu le débit au hasard aujourd'hui sur mes comptes alors que cela dure depuis 4 mois sans aucune raison ni possibilité d'annuler......)

I had the business account to be able to draw lots for work in a simple way.
Today I wanted to use the service again but it no longer works. My profile shows the starter plan (which is free) but I'm still being charged for the business plan (25 USD). I can't reach anyone from customer service and no one gets back to me.
I wanted to delete my account - but I can't edit anything in my profile.
In any case, keep your hands off it!!!!!

I had a standard subscription for 14 days that costs 0 , that I didn't renew. Now I have been charged on my credit card and there is no customer service or a way to remove my data from this app. Don't use this app, they keep charging your credit card even if you have no subscription, and there is no way on their website to stop this. They don't answer emails, there si no customer service online. STAY AWAY

Awful - there is no way to cancel online. I have sent an email. If that doesn't work I will book in a call with them. Surely this is illegal? To allow people to subscribe but then not to cancel? USE ANOTHER SERVICE, this is not worth it.

I must have signed up at some point because i can log in with my email, but it says i have a starter account, which is $0. I did not subscribe to anything yet they just charged my credit card.

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. 100% a scam that likely stole data and information without consent and has been charging me for months. Do yourself a favor and avoid the site and company all together.

I’ve had a terrible experience with Wask.

Since January 2024, they have been charging my digital wallet without my authorization — starting with $9, then $19 in February, and from March 2024 onwards, $29 every single month. I only realized this recently after doing an exhaustive review of my finances, and to my surprise, these charges had been going on for over a year without my knowledge or consent.

I never subscribed to any of their plans, nor have I used their services during this period. My bank won’t refund charges that far back, so I reached out to Wask directly for a refund and explanation. Still waiting for a proper response.

This lack of transparency is unacceptable. If you’re considering using this platform, be extremely careful. Monitor your account closely and think twice before entering your payment details.

I truly hope they resolve this situation, but so far, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The service itself worked as promised, but canceling the subscription was extremely difficult. I do not recommend this service to anyone.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Avoid! I don't even remember signing up and I am trying to cancel and they just won't cancel it for me! I am trying everything but their 'customer service' is absolutely non-existent and they just ignore emails. Avoid!
