I have been using this app for a while, I do recommend that especially for who wants to improve their social media.

It's a very efficient and creative application. I recommend it.

Didnt understand what to do, how to do. Support was not sufficient and gave me good reasons to understand and use the wask.

They're simply as group of thieves
You'll purchase plan with 15$ or one time
Then they'll take your billing information to make you pay again for continuing subscription without your permission!
How you'll make sure that they're officially thieves? Because there's no way to cancel or delete the subscription at all!

Like others have said they advertise a $15 one time fee and then proceed to bill you monthly (mine was $35 monthly) no emails, you can't cancel it, nothing just stealing your money. Not even that great of a service. I'm in the middle of canceling and disputing my credit card right now.

I purchased the 1-month plan, and nowhere did it say it was a recurring purchase. Just to be safe, I tried cancelling the plan after I was done using it. There was absolutely nowhere to cancel it. I even had to make a Facebook business account to access Wask settings, where I presumed it would show the monthly subscription. It didn't show anything. After looking over everything, I assumed it was safe. A few months have passed, and it's still been billing me without me realizing, no emails, no way to actually cancel. In the end I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one to stop the billing.

Free trial is not actually a free trial, when cancelled it cancels your entire plan

I needed to do one giveaway. OK I'll pay you $15 but that is it. I won't be doing others. Wait? No account settings? No billing section?

Just like others have said. There is no way to cancel. It is not even possible to access help from the site which instead re-directs you to connect your other ad services. Clearly a scam designed to siphon money monthly hoping busy people get frustrated and forget about it.

MAKE THE WEBSITE HONEST.

That is a 5 minute job and you have many many complaints because of this deceptive practice.

I was fine to pay over the odds to save time in a pinch, but don't try to rip me off!

Saludos, soy creador de contenido, realizo dinámicas, pero es muy difícil elegir ganadores de manera justa, asi que buscando en linea encontre Wask, es muy practico pegas link y le das buscar ganadores y elije un comentario al azar.
Cuando contrate el servicio pague 15$ y claramente decia que se renueva cada mes, hasta ahora me a sido util (es verdad no hay opción de cancelar en su website) pero contacte a soporte y en 24 respondieron y ubicaron mi cuenta con mi correo (puedo cancelar cuando desee) pero por ahora sigue siendo util. (Lean muy bien antes de activar el servicio)

Turns out they've been charging me $25/mo for their starter plan for months even though I just signed up for a giveaway service for ONE MONTH and they have been charging me since even though I only signed up for a one month.

ZERO OPTION TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION. Extremely sketchy site that has been siphoning money from me for months.

So they have successfully replied to the lat trustpilot review but not the emails sent days before that. Yes this is a subscription trap. No option anywhere to cancel. Emails go unanswered. Instead of sending a novel of a reply to a bad review just cancel the subscription guys and find a better way to make a living

It’s very frustrating that I cannot cancel my free trial. It’s illegal and someone should do something about it.

i've also signed up for one time and just found out i've been paying for 5 months. and there's no way to cancel my account or subscription on the log in page.
Wask please do better than scamming people like this, there are better way to do business ...

Only used this for 1 giveaway which it worked great but I have no need for a full subscription.
Wanted to cancel and couldnt figure it out but after 1 email the team was super helpful and super supportive and had me sorted within 24 hours.

the website is basic when it comes to customer service and account mgmt. but good thing is they do respond very quickly via email. their gift chooser app is 2nd to none and we have just renewed another year. just put a reminder in your calendar if you are only using for a month as it will auto renew. overall very good product just need more investment in self-service account management.
