Absolutely Fantastic my partner and i were greeted by Greyham who was absolutely brilliant with my partner who has bad social anxiety and was very understanding, he also passed the power of control for me to speak on behalf of my partner when it comes to her contract…
I have now myself joined Vodafone and I don’t think I would’ve done that with the help from the team, also including Carly and Claire absolute credit to the team and would highly recommend

Visited pontypridd store today with a query that Vodafone customer service would not help with. Graham and Carly were very, very helpful, and I couldn't thank them enough for their fantastic customer service, unlike the person I spoke to at head office! Graham in store in Pontypridd had to spend 3 days trying to sort out my 'hierarchy accr'. Head office couldn't fix it and SOS couldn't fix it. Graham spent all his spare time over 3 days and managed to fix it for me. Many thanks to Graham!!
