Great team!
Carly was really great at explaining the different options which were available for my kids and my upgrades. They were really helpful explaining a different device to my friend while we were here. Dan and Carly both went above and beyond helping my child transfer data from an old device to the new device, despite not being able to sign into the old phones cloud.
Great team. Definitely recommend!
P.S. Dan is a LOTR fan so that counts for extra points!

Great staff at Pontypridd store
Dan the sales advisor was so helpful and friendly, he gave us the best advice and guidance and we had a really good deal. We've been Vodafone customers for many years and will stay for many more, and it's all down to staff like Dan. He's a credit to the company.

Signed up to broadband & keep my…
Signed up to broadband & keep my landline number. Switched from Virgin Media on 3rd July 2026. Everything seemed to be going smoothly. Broadband connection went well but! Alas it is now 11th July 2025 and still no landline. Tying to get help from Vodafone is impossible. Between Vodafone and Virgin Media you both should talk to each other, according to ofcom the switch is supposed to be completed by YOU. Please get your act together and get it sorted.
After 'speaking' to robo cop i finally spoke to a human on chat. Turned out to be a very helpful person. Took some time as i can't type too fast. It's being sorted and should be connected appropriately around 14-15th July 25. Thank you.
