It seems I'm not the only one having problems with delivery issues. My order was supposed to arrive yesterday. Then I had an email saying that the driver could not find my address so no delivery... I tried using the ai chatbox with shop in which was a ridiculous experience saying that the information I gave them was incorrect. Tried contacting vetsend via WhatsApp and to be honest that didn't get me very far either. It is a ridiculous system. Can't talk to anybody to get answers and I have no idea where my parcel is or even if I will get !! Don't think I'll be using them again once this is sorted or vetsend changes their customer service

After chasing my order for a delivery date I was informed that the item was out of stock and they have no idea when they will get this back in. It's a specific diet dog food and need it by the weekend, hence why I chased. They did not inform me of this so I could have been waiting for ages and my dog would have suffered

I ordered some cat milk from Vetsend as i could not find it available on any other usual pet website. Good service keeps me returning to Vetsend

Ordered for my Mum. Was really difficult to find this replacement cat flap so was very pleased when it came up.

Since having developed struvite crystals, we have our darling cat - Bruno - on a permanent diet of this special dry food, and thankful to all the deities, he absolutely loves it - he calls it his 'ra-ra', and runs about excitedly whenever it's grub time. I believe this is sent from the Netherlands, but apart from one screwed up order once (got dog food instead of our usual) the service is simple and reliable. We have it on an automated subscription now, so I don't even have to remember when to re-order.

Reliable delivery and a good range of products

Ordering and payment was quick and simple and I'm pretty pants when it comes to anything technical. Great updates of each stage of delivery. The only part that wasn't good at all was the actual delivery of the items by the carrier. They gave me a 2 hour window, so I waited, then 10 minutes before the end of this window I got a notification that my delivery was being returned to sender as I had rejected the delivery... really!!!!!!😡
I think not! My Siamese cat was just diagnosed with stage 4 kidney disease and I had bought stuff from the pet shop, but he wouldn't eat the biscuits and he'd only lick the juice of the other wet food which was really expensive. I spotted this sample pack and I was desperate for these items, as I needed him to eat something, so I was hardly going to reject the order 😡😡!!
I complained to the carrier's customer service department by email, as I couldn't find a telephone number to see if I could get the delivery turned around as it was only 3.30pm. Absolute waste of time, as they wanted to know the dimensions of the parcel...🤷‍♀️ How was I to know, when I'd not seen the parcel? I then get another email a few days later, asking the same information, so I messaged back very angrily 🤬, not to bother,as I had to make the awful decision of putting him to sleep and this was being done the next day 😭💔
I emailed Vetsend and explained what had happened and once they received the order back to their warehouse could I please be refunded, to which it was very quickly along with a lovely sympathy email from them sending their heartfelt condolences. This was so thoughtful and unexpected. A part of me originally was hoping that the food would've helped him to be around longer, but afterwards I know this wasn't the case 🙏🌈🌉
I never received any apology from the carrier, which I thought was bad considering I'd told them what had happened, so I definitely wouldn't have rejected the order. My baby boy died with just water in his tummy and I'll never be able to forget that 💔💔🙏

Needed special veterinary approved food for my dog who recently had bladder surgery for cystine stones ,the order was quickly sent which enabled my dog to start his special diet quickly

VetSend has been the only place I was able to find the food for my cat I was looking for, and they're just excellent. Just spoke to customer support to ask to push my repeating order forward and they sorted it out very quickly.

**Feels like a scam. Avoid.**

I ordered items from VetSend through Amazon with a clearly advertised delivery date. It never arrived. Amazon couldn't establish where it was, and when I contacted Yodel directly, they confirmed that they had never received the parcel from the seller.

So this wasn't simply a parcel that was delayed or lost in transit. According to the courier, they never received it in the first place. I ultimately received nothing.

Given that the item was advertised as available with a delivery date, but Yodel subsequently confirmed that they never received the parcel from the seller, I have serious concerns about whether the availability and fulfilment information presented to me was accurate. UK consumer law prohibits misleading commercial practices, including false or misleading information that influences a consumer's decision to purchase.

I specifically placed this order based on the advertised availability and delivery information. Had I known the parcel would apparently never even reach the courier, I obviously would have purchased it elsewhere.

This is also cat food. Given how unclear the fulfilment process has been, I have very little confidence in this seller's handling of orders for food products. I regularly buy this exact product elsewhere and have no issue with the product itself.

Whether this was extraordinarily poor fulfilment or something more concerning, I can't establish. What I can establish is that I paid for an item, was given a delivery date, Yodel says they never received the parcel from the seller, and I received nothing.

Avoid.

Terrible customer service on WhatsApp who address you as “ Hello Dear” as some third world scammers.
Our cat food two orders have arrived with food totally off and we found maggots in it. No response whatsoever from their WhatsApp

This product is very difficult to get hold of and Vetsend is one of the very few places where I can get it. One of my cats has a milkie cup every morning with arnica added as he has gingivostomatitis and this keeps his pain at bay. I have tried other brands of cat milk but this is the one they prefer.
