I recently used Ultra LED Lighting Company and couldn’t be happier with the high-end, bespoke service they provided from start to finish.
After researching many different companies, I can honestly say they were the best by far. The team were professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The quality of the LED products and attention to detail truly stood out.
I highly recommend them for any LED work you may be considering, whether for your home or business.

Ordering LEDs for my kitchen felt like…
Ordering LEDs for my kitchen felt like a really overwhelming task, no idea what I'd need! I found a tutorial online, but couldn't quite match up what it said I needed to the products on the site. I emailed, not expecting a reply quickly if at all, but Hassan got back to me in a flash with the products I needed and a payment link, and when I told him I'd already gone ahead and ordered what I thought I needed (back to the fact I didn't think anyone would reply!), he helped troubleshoot and doublecheck that my order would work as intended. Goods arrived in less than 24hrs. Excellent customer service.

Excellent Service
Thomas, Wayne and Jack, the sales guys I dealt with were excellent. Everything was very slick and advice given on compatable products. Even when a few items were damaged in transit, replacements sent out next day. Great service, product is being installed at the moment and no issues so far, but confident if it's as good as the service, it will be great.

Had a very pleasant experience dealing with Hassan. After my delivery address posed an issue when trying to place my order, Hassan was able to not only respond within a matter of hours, but also rectify the problem and provide me an invoice and weblink to make payment. Despite being in the Scottish Highlands, and an oversized order, the delivery arrived in under 48 hours from point of order, which is impressive!
Would happily reccomend and use again in the future.

Disgraceful Customer Service
Customer Service isn't good enough.. I opened an account and phoned for some tech information and they said they`d email me back, which I thought was weird.. I`ve tried to call them several times the system cuts the call, the one time after I got through to someome they were pretty blunt and basically put the phone down. Very weird behaviour

Problems with FedEx but UltraLEDs quickly sorted it !
They've sent the LED tile trims quickly, but FedEx messed up and failed to deliver for a couple of days, not even showing up when they said they would. I've reached to UltraLEDs, spoke to Jack, and he immediately sent out a urgent shipment with another set of trims, which arrived the day after. Impeccable response from UltraLEDs to a carrier issue. Will definitely use them again in the future!
