Really good customer service
Really good customer service, which is rare these days. There was a delivery issue for our order, which UltraLEDs fixed immediately by sending a second parcel, and collecting the first free of charge. Thanks to Katy in the sales support for your help.

Product won’t stick on a surface…
Product won’t stick on a surface pointing downwards and having to use other fixings/staples to try and stop the led strips falling off. May well be 3M but it’s not got the adhesion that it needs.

Svar fra Ultra LEDs
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to hear you've had trouble with the LED strip adhesive. While the strips do use genuine 3M adhesive backing, downward-facing installations can be particularly challenging, especially depending on the surface they're being applied to.
For this reason, we always recommend installing LED strips into an aluminium LED profile (channel). Not only does this provide a secure mounting solution, but it also acts as a heat sink, helping to dissipate heat and maximise the lifespan and performance of the LEDs.
If you'd like, please get in touch with our team and we'd be happy to recommend the most suitable profile for your installation.

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, I will never use this branch again. There is a woman working there with large glasses and black hair who always seems unhappy and never smiles. It’s impossible to know what kind of mood she will be in.
During my first visit, she created a customer account for me but mixed up all my details my name, surname, email and address. On my second visit, nobody in the store could even find my account in the system. Fortunately, I had a paper invoice from the previous visit and brought it with me, so we were eventually able to identify the purchase.
However, the real issue appeared when I tried to return some unused profiles. I was told that those items did not exist in the system at all. It seems they were sold to me but never entered into the system. Because of this, I was unable to return them.
The staff member simply looked at me with a blank face and offered no solution at all.
Based on this experience, I will not be using this company again and unfortunately cannot recommend it to others.

Svar fra Ultra LEDs
Hello,
We take all feedback seriously, so we looked into the situation you described. After reviewing our records, we were unable to find any evidence that the items you attempted to return were purchased from our store. Unfortunately, without a valid record of sale or items appearing on an invoice, our team is unable to process a return. This is standard policy for all retailers.
Our staff did try to locate the purchase using the details provided a few times for you but were unable to find those items in our system.
If you believe there has been a genuine mix-up, we would be happy to review this again. Please feel free to email us at support@ultraleds.co.uk with a copy of the original invoice.
Kind regards,
Ultra LEDs
