Really happy with the service from Ultra LEDs, especially Jack H. He was very helpful in choosing the right LED for my application and also made the return process really easy. Great communication and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

Superb. 3m LED profiles delivered in strong tube. No damage at all. Packaged with care. Arrived quickly with FedEx - no issues. Good quality equipment for a professional finish to my acoustic panels. A great company to deal with and i would highly recommend to anyone who needs metal LED profiles for high end look.

I needed to order some equipment for a fairly complicated installation, but didn't quite know what I needed or what was available. I contacted Ultra LED's and spoke to a support guy - Jack Howorth.

What a fantastic knowledgeable individual.
Jack took time to understand the project, offered various solutions and explained in detail what I needed, how I could complete the work in the most cost effective way, and how one solution was better than another.

I now feel totally competent to complete the work.

Jack finished the call by sending a detailed quote and then explaining line by line what each item was, and how it was to be used.

Fantastic service, no AI or robots, just someone who clearly knows his job and product inside out, and actually cares about Customers.

After agreeing quote, payment link sent and delivery options explained. I will not go anywhere else for any product that Ultra offers.

Made contact when needing some help sourcing some equipment for a home media wall. Oliver was incredibly helpful answering my questions and putting a quote together. Would definitely recommend.

Great customer service from Oliver

I contacted Ultra LEDs for advice on an LED setup for my workspace and Oliver was extremely helpful. He took the time to go through what I needed, recommended the right profile and components, and revised the quote to suit how I actually wanted to use the lighting. He also arranged for the LED strip to be cut to my exact measurement with the cable pre-soldered, which will make installation much easier.

Really helpful, knowledgeable service from Oliver and I’d happily use Ultra LEDs again.

Excellent company with a huge range of products.

I dealt with Oliver Howarth-Campion. The whole process was really smooth he responded quickly to many questions and provided a detailed quote. He called me to take payment and immediately issued a replacement for an item damaged in transit.

Oliver in Sales went the extra mile to answer all my questions about my proposed installation and was very helpful in liaising with their technical section to confirm what I planned was feasible. Thereafter he advised on the most suitable channels and LED product. The prompt despatch was greatly appreciated!

Oliver was absolutely superb from start to finish. Ordered just before 4pm for next day delivery. Fingers crossed the product is as good as the service!

I gave Oliver a tricky (cost effective for me) issue to try and supply some LED strips in 2 different cupboards with 1 driver... It took a few a goes to get the parts right, but he always had time to hear the problems and resolve them. He threw in free postage and a part too. Really good customer service!

I spoke with jack howeth , whom was very helpful for what I needed, without his expertise and pleasant manor I wouldn’t have known what to purchase and how to go about it 10/10 if my product is as good as his knowledge and experience I will be very happy, I will leave another review once installed and hopefully be using this company again . Thankyou jack you will go far

I’m not great with DIY so contacted the team for advice. Oliver has been really helpful throughout. Fantastic service from pre order to prompt delivery. Thanks Oliver. 5 ⭐️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — Exceptional technical advice and customer service
I received absolutely outstanding customer service from Oliver at Ultra LEDs.

I contacted Ultra LEDs because I was planning a fairly complicated RGB+CCT LED lighting setup for my kitchen and needed help making sure I had the correct components and specifications. Oliver went above and beyond to help me.

He took the time to look at my measurements, calculate the requirements, recommend the correct driver and cabling, provide links to suitable products and answer numerous technical questions along the way.

Most importantly, I never felt rushed or pressured into making a purchase.

He genuinely seemed interested in helping me understand the system and get the project right.

What really stood out was his patience. I had a lot of questions, and Oliver continued to respond with clear and helpful advice throughout. That level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare.

I'm now planning another, more ambitious LED lighting project for my living room, and Oliver is the first person I want to speak to for advice.

A huge thank you to Oliver for all his time, patience and expertise. Exceptional service and thoroughly deserving of five stars.

Close to a hundred emails and phone calls over 2 years to resolve: 3 failed Syndeo LED strips/switches that each lasted less than a month with the lowest possible build quality, 2 missed refunds (taking 7 months) and 1 final mis-calculated refund. There wasn't a single thing they did right.

Fantastic experience with Ultra LEDs from start to finish.

I wasn’t completely sure what I needed for my project, but Katy was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. She took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve, helped me choose all the correct products, and even assisted with specifying everything to make sure it would work perfectly together.

Her knowledge, patience and customer service were outstanding, and she made what could have been a confusing process incredibly straightforward.

A massive shoutout to Katy – she’s a real credit to Ultra LEDs. Thanks to her, I have complete confidence that I’ve ordered exactly what I need. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ultra LEDs and will definitely use them again for future projects.
