Ultra LEDs Anmeldelser

Purchased a driver and a 5m LED strip light. The quality was far superior to the lights I used previously. They were more expensive from this site but the quality is night and day and worth the extra cost. Delivery was nice a quick.

I bought the LED lights to go under coving. It has remote control and an app. They are brilliant and were a very reasonable price.
They arrived quickly and well packaged. Would definitely recommend.

Good company to deal with, friendly staff and also onsite technical advisors.

I dealt with Jack who was very helpful.

Contacted this company TWICE having sent them a list of requirements and related questions concerning my LED lighting project. Zero response on both occasions. UNFORGIVABLE!!

If they can't be bothered to respond to potential customers at the sales stage, I can only imagine their attitude after they have your money. Ultra poor service from Ultra LEDs.

I had emailed and spoke to Jack Harrison-Jones on several occasions and he was always happy to accommodate all my questions and queries without hesitation. I was very happy with the discount offered as well as price match.

Amazing product,,, very help full every time I’m asked thay have been i contact every step of the way,,, will buy again and very fast delivery,,, 5 stars Plus

Fantastic place

I had an excellent experience with UltraLEDs. The quality of their products are the best available, and the whole process from my initial enquiry to receiving my order was effortless. Whenever I had a question, the team responded promptly and helpfully. Tom went the extra mile to ensure I received my order on time, which I truly appreciated. I’m very happy with the team at UltraLEDs and actually plan to use their design service for my next project!
Highly recommended!

I can’t recommend Ultra LED’s enough, and the main reason for that is Tom Humphreys . He is the reason I continue to use this company. From day one, he has gone above and beyond what you would expect – nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s always willing to help, no matter how big or small the query.

Tom’s knowledge of the products is excellent, and he takes the time to make sure everything is right for your needs. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, but Tom does exactly that. He is reliable, approachable, and always available to provide support when needed.

In short, Tom is a real credit to Ultra LED’s and the reason I highly recommend them. Service like this makes all the difference, and it’s why I’ll continue to use the company in the future.

Great service- friendly advice and good quality components

Cheapest price online so placed an order. Very fast deliver within 2 days.

Really competitive trade pricing and got some in depth advice on a pixel install

Once again Ultra LEDs were excellent - Jack Harrison-Jones is top notch - on several occasions he has helped me hugely with understanding my requirements and finding me the ideal products, and he is so quick. 5 star review for both Ultra LEDs and for Jack personally!

I came here last year and purchased some ultra bright LEDs for my van, unfortunately due to the moisture in the van I was having corrosion issues with the wiring and soldered connectors. I came back and spoke to the lovely Sophie, she listen to the problems I was having with the corrosion and recommended the IP rated ultra bright LEDs with the correct wiring, end caps and silicone sealant to seal the connectors from moisture. Sophie was a massive help and I cannot thank her enough!

I ordered the wrong cables and should have bought 12V instead of 24V. Thomas made it all ok and sent out the correct parts FOC. Nice one.

Great lights, fast delivery, very helpful. Thomas the sales administrator is my new best friend. He's just fab-u-larse darling!

I spoke to Tom over the phone to assist me with my query. He quickly checked my invoice and saw what further parts I needed.

I was driving at the time so Tom kindly emailed me the parts.

I’ve since ordered and have everything working.

I’ve been into lighting since the days when my parents had those old-school glass Christmas bulbs — the ones that doubled as both decoration and fire hazard 🔥🎄. So when I say I take lighting seriously, I mean it. It’s not just about seeing — it’s about vibe 🎶💡. That’s where Ultra LEDs come in.

I first discovered them in 2024 when my electrician recommended Ultra LEDs for a project I was working on — and I’m so glad he did.

That first order was for my home cinema room 🎬 — complete with vintage posters for Alien, Jurassic Park, Star Wars, Ghostbusters, Back to the Future, Batman, Robocop, E.T. and Jaws 🛸🦖👻🦇🚀. The LEDs turned it from a cool space into a full-blown nostalgic time machine ⏳✨. Subtle glows, no flicker, and more ambiance than a Spielberg score 🎼🍿.

The second batch (lighting’s leading role in this story) is powering my outdoor tiki bar 🌴🍍 — my favourite 2024 side project. Bit by bit, it’s evolved from “shed with a rum collection” 🛖🥃 to something Tom Cruise might have flipped bottles in circa Cocktail 🍸🎭 (minus the ‘80s soundtrack, sadly 🎧). A splash of RGB here, warm white over there — it’s like holiday mode at the flick of a switch 🎉🌅.

Massive thanks to Thomas Humphreys (📦 Ben Affleck in The Accountant — calm, efficient, and on top of every detail… and possibly running laps between orders 🏃‍♂️) and Jack Harrison-Jones (🛍️ Indiana Jones in a tech support headset — adventurous, resourceful, and always ready to help you find the lost glow of your perfect lighting setup 🏹💡) for being absolute legends 🙌. Quick replies, smooth order handling, and a tidy discount without any hassle 💬🧾. Top lads 👌.

Bottom line: If it plugs in and glows ⚡💡, Ultra LEDs probably do it better than anyone else. Based in Trafford Park, their LEDs shine brighter than the Trafford Centre at Christmas — and that’s saying something. I’ll be back for the next lighting adventure — arcade room, anyone? 🕹️🚀

fab customer service , really refreshing to experience and i will certainly be returning as a very happy customer.
