I placed my order December 13 with Express shipping. It is now December 24th and item has not arrived.
I tried calling the 888 number during business hours and no one answers. I finally did a chat and had the investigation open. Two days after my chat I received a email stating my order was delivered.
I then made contact sotu UPS who says package never delivered and they opened the investigation.
This company is horrible. I feel like I've been scammed out of almost 400.00

After being a loyal customer for 20 years now I am actually shocked at how bad the quality has got with any new Ugg product. The new boots are not even close to what they were back in the day and it's really a shame. I feel they are totally taking advantage of loyal customers but it's only a matter of time until people realize they are paying the same if not more for inferior products. I have bought and returned 4 Ugg boots recently because they no longer fit the same way, the quality was a joke and they were not comfortable. I can't believe how thin the soles have become! They also use "repurposed " wool which is much cheaper for them and lower quality which is highly noticeable. Who is running this company into the ground so bad?? Everything about them has gone downhill, they look and feel cheap immediately, slippers will wear away the lining within a month and the comfort is non-existent. They no longer have the Vibram soles on any products which are the only soles I've had last years and years. I'm actually offended they are charging what they are while lowering the quality in every single aspect. I'm done with them, I have zero interest in ordering another Ugg boot ever unless I can find a vintage pair on TRR or something. I actually just ordered 2 slippers from the original Uggs ( Ugg since 1974 is the company ) and they are all hand made to order in Australia with the best quality materials and the price is almost the same as Ugg. It will take longer to get them from Australia but i have full confidence they will be worth the wait. Ugg here got greedy and don't deserve mine or anyone elses money.

Bought one size larger than my size and are at least 1 size too small still. No other option than use their prepaid return label costing 36 quid, even though they advertise free delivery and free returns. Sent two emails to the customers services, both got completely ignored. Really disappointing experience, was my first attempt at trying uggs, will not make this mistake ever again!

The worst company to buy from . The online is a scam. And no good customer service. I would never buy from their site again . They took my money I never get my full refund

I recently purchased uggs slides online for my daughter for Christmas on December 5th uggs for my shipping address wrong and ups refused to deliver it until there was an investigation (for what reason not sure after I gave them all my info) ups informed me a week later that the Ugg’s were missing and I had to fill out a missing report. I tried to get a hold of someone at uggs which was impossible through phone only by text and only a certain hours of the day. If you missed their text they would sign out after 2 mins and you have to start all over again. The refused to give me my money back or call ups to track my order. I would never buy from uggs ever again. Worst customer service and the whole delivery process was disgusting.
I’ve taken my loss of almost 200 dollars and refuse to ever purchase or wear uggs ever again!!! Buyers beware!

ordered online 3 pair of boots 2 days after receiving ,return the items to the store the informed me that it will take 3-5 days to get the the refund got return number from ugg warehouse 3 weeks later still no refund being on the with customer service for 3 hours the issue still wasn't solved may be i should go to my my lawyer to solve the problem

Very disappointed that Uggs decided not too sell the Sequin boots this year..Very unhappy

I love UGGS, but their customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. I have been trying to get through to them about a return and for over 2 weeks they have said their returns are not available. I have tried chat, but no go. I have used phone calls, but it is all automated and cannot talk to anyone. I have a pair of boots that don't fit and I'd like to return them, but no luck. Worst customer service I think EVER.

WORST COMPANY AND USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I ORDERED A PAIR OF BOOTS FOR MORE THAN $300 AND CANCELLED THE ORDER RIGHT AWAY. THEY KEEP FORWARDING ME BETWEEN THEIR DEPARTMENTS SO THAT I SHOULD CONTACT SEPARATELY AND THOSE KEEP SENDING ME AUTOMESSAGES THAT THEY WILL ISSUE MY REFUND ONLY WHEN THE ITEM ARRIVES TO THE WAREHOUSE, BUT THE ITEM GOT STUCK AT DHL FACILITY FOR A MONTH AND WAS NEVER SENT BACK TO THE SHIPPER. NOBODY CARES. NOBODY READS YOUR MESSAGE CAREFULLY. JUST SENT OUT AUTOMESSAGE. STAY AWAY FROM UGGS!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

I wanted to buy a pair of boots from online shop. Before i did so i wanted so check if the return from Denmark was for free or i would have to pay. I circled around their terrible and confusing website to try to find out about it. I couldnt fine ANYTHING sayin something about cost of return, so therefor i called them and a employeed assured me that i wouldnt have to pay ANYTHING if i returned the boots and there would be a label in the box with my order.. And i askes a dusin times to be absoloutly sure!!!
Because if that i took the chance and ordered but OH MY I SHOULD NEVER HAVE DONE THAT!!!!!!!!!!! The boots doesnt fit and therefor i want to return. Then suddenly it cost me 10 euros???? I called them and told about the situation og they offcourse apologize (BS) and said they would send a label. NEVER GOT THAT! Called again and another said bla bla bla we cant do that... BS!!!! So now i emailed them and havent gotten an answer!!!

NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!! JUST FALSE ADVERTISING AND USELESS COSTUMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

I order 2 pairs of Ugg, my order was over 300.00 dollars, l order about 6 or 7 pairs of Ugg’s every year around this time. I order them as Christmas gifts for my family. Unfortunately I never received my last order, UGG claimed they did a investigation, they then emailed me and said they will not replace my order. I was very disappointed, now l will have to start wearing a different kind of boot. I will never order from them again! Ugg is all about making money they do not take pride in customer satisfaction! They wanted to keep my money even though, l never received my order. They did not want to lose 300.00 dollars, they could care less if l got my order or not! As long as they made money off of me is there number 1 priority. I just want everyone to know, be careful when making your purchases, spend at your own risk ⚠️ if there is a problem your problem will not be resolved. If I can stop 50 people from ordering after this review, I will be satisfied. I just hate companies taking advantage of real customers. I recently bought some Ugg’s from Macy’s and let’s just say, one of my boot is tight on my foot and the other one is real loose like it’s not enough fur in the boot . There not putting enough fur in the boots!! Please put enough fur in the boots, like when they first ever came out in the stores .

Do not buy anything online with this company. Customer service is absolutely useless. I ordered 3 pairs of boots and none of them got delivered. They didn’t even bother sending the delivery company the correct address. And you don’t get a proper confirmation nor receipts to confirm your purchase.

Should not be legal to operate in my view.

My boyfriend order me Ugg Slippers off their official website. Everything went well until they randomly cancelled the order over 2 weeks later without notice or explanation.

I have been buying uggs for the past 15 years, i needed a new pair so as normal i went to the shops to buy them not only was it one of the most difficult things in the world to get a pair but the quality is half what it used to be! The fur is no where near the thickness it used to be and the sole is so thin. Beyond disappointed definitely will not be buying another pair.

These were the worst Ugg’s I’ve ever had. The fur on the bottom was not real fur because it wore off within 2 months of wear to a leather bottom . Wish I could upload a picture to show you. Not worth the $

I have been faithful to UGG for 15 years. I just ordered another pair and what I got in the mail was a joke. I usually open the box and feel the fur and be in heaven and think it’s so luscious and soft. This pair of boots that I just purchased felt like rough wool. I don't think I will be purchasing boots from them anymore, I already started buying my slippery from Costco instead of UGG.

Ugg slippers are not worth the money only started wearing them this summer and the sheepskin on the the underneath of the foot is all worn away so now i am sliding off the slippers and these are now very uncomfortable would never buy these again these are the summer slippers

Not my usual kind of slipper however are unbelievably comfortable.
Down side is they have fully stained my feet resulting to ruining my cream carpet on the stairs!
Not practical at all. Would hate what mess they would make if they got wet?
Wouldn't advise the black ones.

Returned the boots via tracked delivery, no refund nor comms from the company. Emailed serval times with no responses. Absolutely awful customer service
